I remember Zell had an idea for a monster that possessed the MC, genderbending him into a ghost, and he even had unused animation of the genderbent MC getting fucked by monsters.
This is a possibility regarding the addition of Futa, and the "ghost" type enemy makes more sense in SnY than it did in FOBS anyway. Since in FOBS you have sex and you go on, while in SnY, as soon as you're caught it's gameover.

The second image was a teaser for a cut future enemy for FOBS when the first few test demos for it came out years ago. Probably when the purple mansion was still being designed.

Look man, sometimes all a dick needs to do is flop around during sex. With a male and a futa it's gonna happen anyways, someone's dick is gonna be flopping around so you might as well make a choice as to whose it's gonna be.

But putting that aside, It's a nice extra detail and you can also do fun things with bulging, like a much bigger dick bulging their stomach well above the receiver's length. Obviously you don't want a guy doing any of that unless you're gay/bi... which is fine, but SnY + FOBS aren't games known for their yaoi content.
