Quick question (I'm sorry if somebody already answered this, but I'm too damn tired to read at the moment, 1 in the morning)

But I downloaded the first one. All I get are weird files. Img file, cue file.. nothing for the game.

Those are CD image files. You need to mount them on a virtual drive with something like Daemon Tools (search for that in Google). I can't remember which one of them needs to be mounted, but if you try to mount an image with Daemon Tools, only the one that should be mounted will be available anyway.

I just got an email. My Raidy 2 preorder is ready to ship!

So if you guys want to take advantage of JAST's "preorders ship free" deal... NOW is the time, because it won't be a "pre-"order for much longer.

And before you ask... no, I'm not sharing. I'm greedy that way. :p

Raidy wasn't good enough for me to buy a sequel. Too frustrating, no character development and not enough hentai. Sengoku Rance on the other hand, I would definitely buy.

Raidy by itself might not have been good enough for me to buy a sequel. But when you consider the dearth of good h-games out there, of which Raidy happens to be one (if not absolutely splendiferastic like Rance), I will gladly throw my support to the devs in the hopes that they'll produce more games of this quality (i.e. not complete shit). Of course I will be purchasing the download version so I don't have to wait for it to ship... thus no reason to preorder. I will also be sharing it to the forum.

@Dematt: Why would you purchase the physical version anyway, just out of curiosity? I have too many CDs already, so I don't want to have another physical 'thing' lying around that I never use; you'll also get it faster if you purchase the DL version.

True... but I intend to use it on an offline machine. Antivirus measure, of sorts; my online computer doesn't get much of anything installed, keeping it safe from virii, while my offline computer gets all sorts of crap installed, but doesn't allow virii to communicate back.

Also I want that CD so I can have the game even if JAST goes under, I switch computers, WWIII happens and the Internet dies... Basically, when I actually purchase stuff, I prefer to get a physical object I can lug around. Can't resell a download, after all.

The official site offers this download, right? Do you perhaps know a different source, which doesn't require a credit card?
Since I live in germany and don't have a credit card, I can't download from the official site - and waiting for it to be shipped would take something like two weeks.

Mmmm.... I'm not buying this. there are ways to back up even if your hard drives get nuked. also even if you do lose it, there are going to be places you can get it for free (such as when I upload it).

I'll buy this though. That makes a lot of sense and I'd probably emulate you if I wasn't as lazy as I am.

I unfortunately don't know a different source to purchase from. When I buy it, you could always just DL the version I upload even though you're purchasing it legitimately yourself - that way you don't have to wait but you'll still be giving the devs your monetary support.

I always thought those things don't use protection..... It's Hentai after all... (ha-ha... :( )

(I will buy the game once I get around to getting myself a credit card...)

I don't want to sound rude here, but:
First post ever, sharingmatrix, "I found this somewhere", googling "sHawTY" doesn't give any results, in the .rar is another .rar named "CD.rar" so you don't know the content unless you download all parts...
this does not seem legit. AT ALL.
