Some have been translated by Cherry Kiss Game, but mostly were still in their original language (japanese). Still have some more, but most of them was in japanese, so I will put it off for now. It's been a while, but I believe there is at least one game over cg with tentacle pregnancy.

Btw, lightning warrior raidy 3 is not here, is it? To be fair that's a relatively old game, back when I was just starting to delve into hentai (10 years ago?)

Lightning warrior raidy would be in... RPG? On the game over. When lose to final boss and there's creature inside.

There's also "Pray Game" which is made by U-room, same creator as thug/dark hero party. Don't list "thug hero party" please, I still clearly remember in F95 iirc that that game is NTR heavy even for those who like NTR. I've noticed the same. Its all moonrune, untranslated stuff. Although I been led to a github where Violated Heroine is getting some open work done to it. To what extent, I'm not entirely sure cause I haven't gone the lengths to get it into a working state. Modding ffxiv has my attention right now. Hell, even that has a pregnancy mod. The Agnietta has been getting regular updates, but not a ton new with having to do with the pregnancy. Hounds of the Meteor updates have added a single event line that requires 3 monster/parasite pregnancies to progress, although it hasn't been translated yet. Hmmm what else... oh Tentacle slave is about to push out an update with new alternative breast pregnancy content. Personally I'm looking forward to that one. But yeah.. that's about it for the past 2 months. :/

Its good to hear someone is trying to revive VH, that game has been in development for ages. I guess the dev team lost interest, but I always hoped they'd add more monster enemies. It has so many events it's really one of the best preg RPG's out there. I've been following Agnietta closely, it's one of my favourites and will be excellent when it's finished. I only support 2 games on patreon and Agnietta is one of them. Also watching Hounds of the Meteor but development is pretty slow.

It depends on the vision of the game creators I guess, not everyone is a fan of it, some people hate it even. I would say the creator of Night of Revenge isn't really a fan of it, he promised pregnancy but has only so far added 2 types (by basically the same monster) I think just so the fans can't say he didn't add it (I'm still hoping he will add more).

Interesting question about the gender dysphoria, personally I just enjoy it because I like putting the female character into naughty situations. Side-scrollers where you play as a male PC have never interested me (If one came along where you knock up the female enemies you defeat that might change), but I play 50/50 male/female with text RPG's like Lilliths throne or Degrees of lewdity.

Wait.. No Lab Rats? That game is really neat. Normally don't like visual novels, but there was something about it. The doctor is hard as hell to impregnate, but you can do it with your mum, sis, best friend, workmate and doctor/boss. Only achievable at the end of the game and only if you desire so (you have to ask them to stop taking pills, and cum enough times inside them)

Male h-protags tend to either be super-bland everymen who get fantastically lucky, or are horrible psychopaths on power trips who also get fantastically lucky.

I don't find either character type to be terribly relatable. Though taking away the "fantastically lucky" and adding the possibility of failure (even if it's just picking the wrong choice in a visual novel) helps a lot. The protag that has to earn his harem/love interest/slave(s) is better than the one just handed the same.

While the typical female h-protag has some completely relatable goal (saving a family member/kingdom/whatever, paying a debt, etc.), and often has the world stacked against her. THough amusingly, some writers will deliberately make a female h-protag some sort of bitch so that in theory we won't feel bad for her when bad shit happens to her.

Probably not misogynistic. Misandry is the term for hating men. Might be a bit of that, might be a little bit of gender dysphoria...but since this is mostly h-games, it also may something as simple as : seeing another dude walking around and getting off is a turnoff, whereas seeing a girl walk around and get off is a turnon.
