List of games with Pregnancy/Impregnation v2


I am really unpleasantly surprised not to see here a Goblin Burrow game series which literally features pregnancy and breeding as it core mechanic or is it because it’s very popular?
Does the breeding games lack that much content and possibilities?
And can somebody recommend a breeding game with cool mechanics/managment so u can use the byproduct as a power up or a unit(for example like Goblin Burrow, Monster Black Market and Survival Game)
 
Huh, Goblin Burrow is conspicuously absent. Just means no one thought about mentioning it.

Dungeon's Legion, which came out about the same time, does get a mention, though it isn't remotely as detailed in its breeding mechanics.

/The Swine Ogre and the Samurai Girl deserves a mention; you're an orc shaman who captured a female samurai and are using her to breed a small army. You create all of your party members by making the girl give birth to them. Sadly, the actual gameplay outside of the breeding is mundane tedious shit. It's also got NTR bullshit for those who are into it.
 
Are there any pregnancy games that will help us delay labor when it's time to give birth? or big belly
 
? In Monster Black Market you can choose to leave slaves pregnant (you can turn off Delivery from the automated Pixy options), in which case they just stay pregnant forever.

Amusingly, there is a practical reason to do this - a girl that's been left that way can be used to harvest breast milk without any concern of using her up (as girls who reach max birth count stop producing).

If you throw a pregnant slave into a tentacle cell, the tentacles will even harvest the milk for you; otherwise you need to count on the Pixies or remember to do it yourself. A girl left in the milking station stops accumulating milk while there, so you need to remember to pull them back out of the station if you're doing it manually.
 
I'm looking for RPGM style games, not simulation games like Monster Black Market. There was Hazumu and Pregnation and another game, but I can't remember its name (the game automatically started the birth when it was time to give birth) and both of them have very sweet dialogues. I look at it this way

violated heroine undisputed GOAT. violated princess is okay, still rpgm but mostly a VN. you may be disappointed. however, it looks great and there's a lot of mods coming out for it.

since I'm 100% sure most of you already saw this game on dlsite. And also saw it has preg tag and one of game pics contains text with something like "✅pregnancy", gonna speedrun your answer.
It is a lie. There is no actual™ pregnancy. 2 cgs/game overs + 2 standing pictures for after-credits episode (after-credits episode has 0 scenes).

Is the pregnancy part like what Vampire Notes has where they're physically pregnant after the ending credits?

Another major release. Another major disappointment.
Game looked very promising (for a person who haven't touched trial version.) Cute loli MC + pregnancy tag + some in game sex statistics which included not only generic "number of acts", but also included number of pregnancies. Yep, that was a lie.
It is very linear game (literally kinetic novel made with rpg maker) with almost 0 pregnancy scenes. 1 impregnation sex (art was GREAT), 1 sex with belly + 6 standing picture touching events (with same picture but minor differences)

just got today official english translation. So if you haven't played this game yet, go buy it or download via your own methods, but I'm not gonna help you.
Short description of what to expect: Full pregnancy mechanic with all scenes having non pregnant belly and with belly versions + unique birth scene for EVERY type of enemy in the game (not just recollor, but actually different scenes with new poses and so on).

[Game Over] Another game that feels closer to a tech demo than a real game. It's a short isometric view dungeon crawler a la Diablo, where you play as a cute magical catgirl trying to escape the demon king's dungeon. Being defeated by a monster results in a Live2D rape scene. The game overs with the three bosses all feature pregnancy. For those that care, the second game over is egg laying by a spider boss. But yeah, there's only three bosses and then the game is done. Nice animations though.

[Mechanic][No Illustrations!] This one is super weird - it's a ryona-focused game where you are a demon running a prison in actual Hell. Your sole inmate is a "terrorist" fox girl named Senka who's being punished for rebelling against Hell. Your prison doubles as an ancient lost dungeon, and your goal is to force Senka to explore the dungeon and upgrade your prison with the various devices and monsters she has the misfortune to find. You gain Pain and Lust points as she meets various misfortunes and use them to upgrade the dungeon. Anyways, the only way to gain more inmates in your hell prison is have Senka get impregnated and then birth additional fox girls at a designated "Kitsune Replication Station." However, this work is overwhelmingly focused on ryona, so there's only a couple illustrated sex scenes in the whole game (a Hole-in-the-Wall trap and a pillory that doubles as the Milking Station) and there's no illustrations relating to pregnancy or childbirth. Text yes, art no. So this one is weird as hell, because pregnancy is an actual and mandatory mechanic but there's no artwork relating to it.

FYI, game is trash. And pregnancy is [GAME OVER] static CG.
Janky controls, some random sneaky oneshotting enemies and lots of grind. Also cheat engine doesn't want to easy change money values (so you can skip grind).

it's not, the creator had a fight and different opinion with developing the game [like being a free game]
I talked to a VH developer about this.
The story in that game is non-canon to VH
Also VH is still in development as the game is live service.
 
On the occasion of Mayternity there is a game developing contest on Itch.io called Preggo Game Jam, which attracts many developers to make a game concept with pregnancy mechanic
