Hey guys, sorry for necroing but I've been boggled as to how to actually get everyone to show up at the second bandit base. I saved every girl at least once except for the one in the volcano and second bandit base.

I've followed the guide all the way through and I don't know if it might be my keybinds, but interacting with the second in command and alien commander at the mercenary spot only gives me three options, Z, S and X.
Z= Recruit & follow
S= Talk
X= Cancel

Am I doing something wrong? Everyone save for the red droid girl you have to defeat twice and the black gas mask bandit guy are at my mercenary spot.
Invested quite some time in this game so I'm quite desperate for any clues here

EDIT:

Found what the issue was, you first need to have discovered the second bandit base (not having went inside!) and had your character comment at the entrance before you could ask for the reinforcements with the D-option.

Ah missed the post by blackcat, but I've now included the new guide an 99% save in what I hand out along with the version of the game which in has "other" added to it on dlsite. Apologies to those I handed out the outdated stuff to, feel free to send me another PM for this updated one.

The game got a update today that adds a new area with a boss and new enemies. You can get to the new area by going to the Iron desert and keep going left tell you see a blue dude and a mech. Talk to him and you can go to the cave behind him to get to the new area.

I like the idea of the new area. It's unexplored so besides the first pod which the blue android sets up...you have to set the rest yourself.

There's new NPC scenes to capture, and while I found one in the ice area....doesn't necessarily mean all of them are. The one I saw featured 2B, she finally getting a scene. You can now get the grey androids on your side....so I'm guessing one will be with them?
Boss fight was actually kinda fun, while it started off in a specific pattern...once you downed it HP enough it started to get more and more random with it's attacks. Definitely advice bringing a helper NPC with you.

I want to sit down and play update more but it came out after Fate/Extra event in Fate/GO started.....and that's one hell of a grind fest event.....so the hour or two I got in the new area is pretty much all I'll be able to comment on for awhile. Good hunting!

I'm actually pretty thrilled to see this game still getting updates! I haven't played this in a while, so time to pick it up again. While the current guide is great, I feel like it's possible to create a more comprehensive guide, so I'll list some of what I've found.

As of the current patch, there's 169 animations in the gallery. The last one I had before was 147, though I know I never picked up the rescue in the volcano, so I could be missing that one. I'm going to assume all others are new to the extra patches, though, so I'll run through what I found so far.
148 is the white-haired red android caught by a bandit (asteroid bandit base? not sure of location)
149~151 are the cyclops girl in the slums-ish area connected to the main base (have to have no armor when going by her)
152 is an orange-haired girl caught by vines in the jungle. (Per KHTA: "Head to the pod two left from your base. From there go left and in that area head all the way to the bottom, she spawns on the right. If not there, simply go left to the next area and return until she do.")
153 is a new girl caught by one of the machines in the bandit area close to the base. I don't think she can be rescued or recruited.
154 is a bandit girl caught by one of the basic flies under the bandit base next to the allied home base
155~157 are the new insect monsters with explosive breath in the new ice cave.
158~160 are the new thunder bugs in the same are
161~163 are the new shield drider variant in that same area
164~166 are the ice drider queen of that zone
167 is B-2 caught by thunder bugs in the new ice area, a few screens above the boss map.
168 is Iron (the last ally you get post-game, wears black) caught by an ice drider and the white sucker cloud things, found near where B-2 would be, but off in a tiny cave area through the right side of the tall chasm, near the top. You'll know if it's the right room because it has two huge clouds of the sucker guys in it and not much else. (Iron won't appear trapped here if she's your current ally!)
169 is a MHA Kyoka Jiro expy caught by one of the shield drider variants, can be rescued and escorted to a terminal

All in all, a pretty sizable new area, as big as any of the areas in the main game. If anyone has the numbers I'm missing, especially how to find them, I will add them in. 168 is an NPC, and now the only number which is not documented anywhere.

Edit: Referenced the save above and previous posts to add some more details. I'm having a hard time actually finding 148, not sure if it's in the asteroid base, the slime caves, or what.

Edit2: Aaaand that's everything. I still have to get the last two rescues in my own game (volcano and red android being brainwashed), but hopefully this information on the updated animations proves useful for other people hoping to complete their own galleries.

I'm back....but sorry no new info to bring just taking a break from Fate. To shine some light on the stuff Stiltzkinator said

148 - She's actually found in the slime area. Info thanks to laogaoren, simply pop in and out the area til appear. I think she can be rescued but not recruited. Details can be found in either my or laogaoren's post about it one or two pages back.
153 - Not really new, she's the creature parts merchant at the base. In a 3 women team with 152 and 154. She can not be rescued.
154 - Not a bandit, she's the material merchant at the base. As said before part of the 3 women team with 152 and 153. Can not be rescued.
168 - Goddamnit!! I was in that room once and got nothing but the second time I saw the ice drider but died thanks to the falling rocks before I was able to get close. So I just said screw it and never went back in.
169 -Are you serious!? Headphone Jack is in this game!? HELL YEAH!! I hated that the last game had Hatsune and no scenes with her! It's like all my namesday came at once! Ah but where is she located? New area kind of a pain to travel through.

Alright I've updated my files now so I have this updated version with the new area. Go ahead and PM me again through the same PM thread or a new one if you wish to, I'll send you the new version link.

EDIT: Just found the best way to get to the entrance on the map, you want one of the volcano entrance checkpoints which should be the left most one.

I feel you...really, I do. This area was kind of awful to navigate. Anyway, she's in the 'middle' of the entire zone, one of the maps with a ton of the driders in it, but not the super icy one. She's in the top right, and she appeared a bunch of times in a row for me while trying to find the last one, so hopefully she's not hard to find? FWIW, the zone is basically bookended by two vertically large columns, so once you have a feel for where those are and the fact that everything else (except the boss) is between them, hopefully you'll be able to figure out where I mean by 'middle'.

Apart from that, glad my poking around to find everything helped find some new scenes. I'll have to jump back in to grab 148 at some point, and then do a new game for 144.

With this I have been hopeful about an mini-map being implemented like Castle Evil has since the basic map is useful with knowing roughly if you've missed a checkpoint possibly or not. As a result of it missing I pretty much avoided the ice maze and iron maze. So I feel like we're waiting a bit for an proper mapout to be done by someone.

There was one, but as with many other things, it is seriously outdated now.
I know as blackcat made it and put it in his guide (included in what I send out) but it was showing screenshots of the entrances/exits of the room. It can take some time to do this if your having to deal with enemies at the same time which is why I mentioned that if the feature of an mini-map of the zone was put in it would make things easier and that I've been wishing for it.

It's a lot easier to record the path so this should help

And I totally feel you with FGO. Rushing the event, and 2 other events from Azurlane and E7 is really taxing on me haha

And for the others who want to know where to find Iron and B-2

I think the jungle area is a lot worse than this one. No hidden entrance ways or any of that bullshit

That was just freaking inhumane!! Farming for point in Ai event, farming for points in Belchan event, farming sakuraments, farming missions to get BB, needing SQ for Passionlip and Meltlillith (fuck you NA server THIS is how you spell her damn name!), needing wisdom cubes for Hiei-chan, Akagi-chan and Zeppy (meh, also Ai....i guess), farming exp cards to lvl Passion, Melt, and Fake JK!? And then farming even more exp cards once I get BB!? Too damn much all at once!!

Thank gods I already had most of the ascension items ready or I would have had to farm that too...

It's these nodes, which I put a green rectangle around. If you find the terminal that is directly between the volcano area and the iron desert, and head into the desert part to the right (with the gray worms that shoot lasers and come out of the ground), you'll quickly come to a mech and blue guy guarding a cave. Talk to the blue guy , then enter the cave.

This is pretty awesome. I just hope it gets translated like Barrage and Ethereal Legion.

That reminds me, is it possible to translate this ourselves?
Technically, yes

The world map is pretty straightforward, though it has strict character limits. For anything else, I've dabbled in it, and it doesn't seem to work super well. If anyone is interested in taking a shot at translating this, be it partial or full, I'd be happy to share what I've learned so far (I will NOT be translating this, however).

If it's pretty straightforward, I've done UI translations in other games and would be happy to do so here as well. Dialogue translation is too daunting for me to undertake in this without help.

Hm it would be interesting to know what needs to be done to translate this, so please do PM me. If it seems reasonable to do without much learning I might see about doing an rough translation, just need the kick start knowledge.

Also I do like the story of Barrage and it helped to know what was going on which in this game I feel is even more important to make the guides less bulky to be understood.
