The supposed 911 operator one should confirm that, but yeah, anyone who's had to actually deal in service and sales knows that most of these stories are REALLY hard to tell if they're fake or not, cuz these crazies do exist. Just a barrel of laughs otherwise

I don't know, the ones I've read so far seem like something either me or someone else could have theoretically dealt with at some point in time. Although I will contest, at least, that some of the "dialogue" may have been *internal* on the employee's part. We do that a lot.
Ever worked in a service capacity to the general public before, Mo? You wouldn't be shocked to figure that out. *laughs*
