That is only during a new magical item that has been found and discovered by character. You should've taken advantaged of that when you had the time in that vote. Now you will either have to wait till you find an enchanter otherwise it will be highly wasteful of your hidden points since you have no direct medium.
In that case the Narrator was empowering you and loosening the cost. As it is now, you are getting no help towards doing that.

DV (Diva! No not really diagasvale this stands for): No. Only Mara can be voted to remove the cursed set and that can only happen once she figures out a way. As it stands now, she has no magic or sharp objects to even attempt removing it. Perhaps using a broken mirror shard...

DV: Simply put yes and no. You would actually have to use up at least 1 hidden stat point per voter and since the votes that ended up making the Milk Changer were (6) you would need (6) voters to even weaken or strengthen it. That means collectively for each voter and other voters, you would all use up 6 hidden stat points to upgrade or weaken existing curses without some sort of medium already there. It would be better to not try and force the issue till you get to some sort of curse removal/enchantment upgrader. By each voter I do mean 6 points per voter which will equal minimum amount to be 36 hidden stat points in total.
BS: So, that means only hidden points can be applied to new magical items that haven't been voted upon?

The curse isn't meant to change sexuality.) As for altering the target of the curse. You can put negatives to what areas the curse will hit or upgrade. But even at a natural 20 she won't grow very fast since its hitting all of her. But if aimmed at her breasts then yes those +1's will make the roll that much more powerful.
