Bullet Requiem has some guro H-action, so I'm not too surprised about that

Uhh, the term he used was ONLY Ryona, which cover a much wider area than guro, and at the milder end far less of a turn off.
In fact I believe we have seen some in game already (slight choking/gut punching)
