How does the EX content work in this? Is it like a post game thing or an add-on to the main story?
I just got to chapter 2 and wondered if im supposed to activate anything before going on

Don't worry about the EX stuff. That'll happened after you clear the true ending.
 
I'm thinking of doing a playthrough of Shrift on it's highest difficult, True Mercy route. Anyone have experience with this? Is it going to be mostly luck based?

Tried doing it on the hardest difficulty a while back before I had my time taken up with translation stuff. Depends on how you play it. If you go in with a full or mostly full Compendium it shouldn't be that hard. When I was doing it on a fresh file, it was going pretty smoothly up until Iron Maiden 2. I think that would be a main pain point (I remember her going easier on you if you have max corruption now with a patch), but after that it should be pretty doable up until Daji as long as you allocated your stats right.

Oof, yeah this is not going well. I got max corruption with pretty much everyone, which was fine up until Iron Maiden 2. Really sucks you can't get rid of Mind Corruptions without locking yourself out of True Mercy.

what do you mean you get locked out of true mercy if you get rid of mind corruption? unless the 100% friendship remove corruption is not what your talking about.

Any particular tips? I'm curious how you did it, other then knowing the basic strategy (using the Tea Buff and later Morphine, and then trying to madly sprint through it before all the buffs wear off).

i see then i never gotten mind corruption befor since the debuff i got were removed with friendship unless mind corruption does not show up in the same place as the corruption you remove with friendship.

Tea Buff, Shake Off to get rid of Nipple Assault, Morphine, Coffin Breakout over and over. That's how I did. May need some luck involved. Again, I did it with Max Corruption. Best of luck man. Btw awesome job with the translations!
 
i know you cant 100% the book until EX4 is out but i have to know is the genocide shop keeper fight in that book? i dont want to do a genocide run just want to know if i can still 100% the book once EX4 is out.

From my own experience nothing in Genocide seemed to complete more pages of the book. It seems Hyakki's info is filled by getting her My Room in True Mercy end, though I don't know if Genocide would fill some of it as well.

Still applies. All the book is filled by clearing TM and EX chapters. Genocide route contains no unique scenes.

Meira's the one who sent you to the book.
She says, "If you follow a certain path you can fill out this book."
 
How do i get PACIFIST ending. i get to the end of the boss fight and i have to use the gun which i do and she blows up. kinda hard to friend her when shes dead lol

if your talking about daji the fox girl you use the gun that needs to charge she shows up in my rooms after the fight when your at the part where you need to talk to your girlfriend and where there also a pink bed of her.

If you don't get the prompt to lower the gun, then it means you didn't befriend some other demon and TM route is impossible. Go into My Room and check who you missed (through Chapter Select)
 
so the dance game in 2-4 is harder if you play it in TRUE MERCY route??? how do you beat that?? and what im playing at easy mode and i barely finish the follow the idol arrow.
also it appears that cheating the EXP locked you in TRUE MERCY because it requires the character to get level one. now where is the MC of dungeon of lulu.... he can beat this game easily

Hunh?
The dancing game is stupid easy. The higher your willpower the longer the arrows stay on screen. If you equip shit that boosts your willpower it becomes easier. Honestly, you don't even need to equip shit. Dancing is just easy in general.

Why compare this game to Dungeon of Lulu? It's not even slightly similar? Protag in that game rapes the girls when they get defeated. Dungeon of Lulu is more of a puzzle game too. The stories have no similarities.
 
I have all of them done but one which is ????? Prob dali people say you can get the Oni but i don't see how there's no room for her.
