I hate when any company switches VAs. It just sounds wrong. Tales of Symphonia's little sequel is one example. They only kept one or two VAs from the original game, and the rest of the cast just sounded... off. Most of them (with the notable exception of whatever idiot did Lloyd's voice) did a really good job, but it wasn't the same. That said... you might actually not be able to tell the difference, since Kerrigan's voice is run through that 'infested' synthesizer.
