anyone else have and use an origin account? Mine is [email protected]
It's just a steam clone for EA titles guys. I mean seriously...
I've yet to hear of Steam 'retiring' games, cancelling peoples accounts due to inactivity and possibly stopping people from downloading games after a certain amount of time has passed.Download limitations
Origin guarantees download availability for at least one year after purchase. There is no limit to the number of times a game can be downloaded through the platform. When Origin retires a game, it can no longer be downloaded. As of June 2011, Origin has retired "around 10 games". According to EA's terms of service, an account may be canceled after 24 months of non-use.
At least you got a free game that you already didn't own. Some of us already had ME2 when they ran that promotion...Yeah, same. I basically do see it as a Steam clone and the only reason I did it was for the free ME2 (which won't run on any of my current computers. Or my new one. Joy.). I'd be mildly upset if I paid for ME2 and lost it, but as it was free *shrug* Haven't done anything else with it though.
Sims. Dragon Age. Spore. Why on Earth would anyone want to have anything to do with EA in the first place? They're as bad as Activision now.
I'll forgive you for forgetting mass effect in there just this once. we all forget sometimes.Sims. Dragon Age. Spore.
My three reasons why EA still gets my money D:
I honestly didn't like it.I'll forgive you for forgetting mass effect in there just this once. we all forget sometimes.
