EDIT: Ah, the game got updated on DLSite. Seems to be just bug corrections. Maybe it's to solve the whole clock error thing?

Never had any issues, but then, my computer is always set to UK date & time format (and Japanese locale). UK dates are day/month/year, compared to US month/day/year (and Japanese year/month/day). So maybe they game is trying to read a date and getting confused by people in American order, or something?

I did run into one bug (quite a large one - it was a giant spider!). The spider that drops down in the end boss room grabbed me near a corner, and I managed to jump as it grabbed me, and fell entirely outside the room. From there I could run around offscreen, but the enemy couldn't hurt me and I couldn't hurt it, so I had to hit Escape.

2) Vored by flesh monster
3) Turned into a plant
4) Entire upper body cut by the butcher
5)Slug pregnancy ?
6) Giant slug vore
7)Iron maiden
8)Crucified then stabbed by cult insignia (Rhombus eye thingy)
9)Amygdala impregnation
10)Alien tentacle
11)BIRTHING A GOD.

I didn't bother getting the spiders because fuck fucking spiders.
Please post what i had missed.

Going by levels, I recall encountering:
Level 1 - Forest
-Eaten by zombies, more can pile on dead Priestess.
-Consumed by slime.
-Vored by boss.

Level 2 - Trees
-Eaten by plant mook.
-Tentacle raped by flowers.
-Grabbed and merged into the mushroom monster.
-Turning into mushrooms by spore gas.
-Fall into a nest of flowers and turn into them.
-Touch the dandelions too many times and become a plant mook.
-Eaten by the boss plant.

Level 3 - Spider Cave
-Wrapped in silk by spider.
-Eaten by baby spiders.
-Captured by spider boss and be raped in their nest.
-Eaten by large swarm of spiders during escape.

Level 4 - Village
-A villager forces a parasite down the Priestess's mouth.
-Captured by villagers. Lose four times and it's Game Over, ending with a parasite bursting out of her mouth.
-A parasite enters the Priestess's mouth.
-Become the baby boss's plaything.

Level 5 - Sewers
Admittedly, I seemingly have no recollection of this level. Kinda avoided it during my replays. XD

Level 6 - Cathedral
-Get butchered by the big guy.
-Stabbed and beheaded by the dagger-wielding enemy.
-Petrified by cultist.
-Captured by cultists to be a sex toy. Has hypnosis, no Game Over.
-Try to escape and lose to the big guy to be crucified and stabbed.
-Kissed raped by elderich monster.
-Ear raped by larger elderich monster.

Level 7 - Priestess's Nightmare
-Eaten by zombie, and then eaten by the fleshy floor.
-Grabbed and merged into mushroom monster, and then eaten by the fleshy ground.
-Pulled into the air by spider grab.
-Recycled parasite
-Recycled baby slugs.
-Lose four times and it's Game Over, ending with the Priestess's becoming a mother who births elderich gods.

Are there anymore h-games that have a lovecraft like aesthetic ?
So far this is the only one i have encountered.

This game receives the holy seal of approval.
Gameplay wise it's not the best, extremely simple and linear. I don't enjoy gore in my H-games either. But those things aside, its art and presentation are on-point. Controls are tight, combat is easy to get the hang of and levels are forgivingly short. The "Captured" mechanic that occurs in a couple of levels is something I wish more H-games would do, and there's a large variety of game-overs.

Admittedly, I seemingly have no recollection of this level. Kinda avoided it during my replays. XD

The Sewers consist of:
-Raped by slugs, more can pile on when HP runs out (there's a clearer, sewage-free view later in the summoner cultist hallway)
-Gangbanged by smaller slugs, gradually more pile on until you can't escape
-Grabbed and raped by long, slime-spitting slug
-Grabbed and raped by millipede monster summoned by cultist
-Vored by eldritch slug mother and forced to breed more slugs

Level 4 - Village
- Beheaded by a butcher but not being butchered by a butcher
Level 6 - Cathedral
- Hanged by a chain outta nowhere
- Got ironed maiden by the real one not the famous music band
Level 7 - Priestess's Nightmare
- Disintegrate by the most cliche attack in the fictional world "The Eye Laser"

you have to get hit by his melee body slam with low hp. Walk up to it and you'll get it

Yes. We don't see (but hear) the details, but it ends with Labiane's decapitated head propped up on one of the foreground poles. It's up there in Memory's post already, actually.

Oh. I'm guessing its the "Stabbed and beheaded by the dagger-wielding enemy. ", I just assumed it was talking about one of the cultists. Thanks anyhow XD
