Re: Games Discussion Thread
I've beaten the original series (all 4 discs...having surgery and being stuck on a couch for a month and a half helped with that.), not to mention G.U. as well. I won't spoil anything in GU, but there's a scene that hit me as hard, if not harder, than Aerith and Sephiroth. It was at the end of the second game and it was "Holy shit I need game 3 NOW!" Although I can see how having corrupted data'll do that. The notion of starting over really does suck the will out of you, I agree.
And yes, Koudelka. And it's fun when you've got a point of reference in a game, isn't it? I haven't actually started it. I like to do series all at once and I'm lacking Shadow Hearts, uh, 3, I think. (Did that with Wild Arms, up to 3, since 4 wasn't out yet.)
Mmm Fallout. Got 1 and 2 for the comp in a bundle and I've been asked why I haven't started that one yet. Now that I've got my PS3, I might give 3 and Oblivion a shot, since I know my POS computer won't handle them, heh.
I fucking loved the .hack series, a shame I never completed the third game, my save data got corrupt and I lost the will to start over from the beginning.
And Koldelka? Do you meanYou must be registered to see the links? It's a fucking win game, again its a shame I never completed it. I only got to the second disc, but I do plan on buying it at some point. What impressed me though is that it's set in Wales, in a town calledYou must be registered to see the linkswhich is only a few hours drive from where I live.
