Just a note, they also announced Final Fantasy 15 and Final Fantasy X/X-2 remasters for PS4 and PS3/Vita respectively. Just putting that out there. And from what I've seen of the 15 footage, it looks like they're once again taking the combat system and flipping it on its head.

And thus commences the shooting of the messenger/slowpoke.

Looking at the upcoming consoles, the only one that has garnered any interest from me is the Ouya. Halo 5 isn't worth more than $700 to me, and that's the only game on the XBone that I saw that looked even slightly interesting, if only for an answer to why the fuck Masterchief is walking around in the desert with a cloak on. There isn't a single game on the PS4 or WiiU that looked worth dropping the money for one when I could play most of them on the PC anyway.

PC gaming master race!

I've not been paying much attention to E3 save for some game trailers, but honestly when the time comes, I don't think the Xbox One is going to flounder and fluster as bad as people are claiming.

Many of the games for both sides are "exclusive" in the sense of either being out on that console first before moving to others or additional content specific to that console is what I've been seeing. There are very few true exclusives.

It's cheap, and a few of my most jaded(in regards to gaming) friends have enjoyed this one. The developers are actually sane and treat their costumers like costumers instead of potential pirates, so you know there's a lot of potential there

Edit: Got it myself. It has its flaws, but I can see why they like it.

you can squee all you want but its best not to get excited about alphas, betas perhaps but alphas start off barebones so eh.

They're having their summer sale. For the next two days Torchlight is FREE, and lots of other things are 50% off. Alan Wake is 90% off, and D&D games are 80% off (maybe have those two backwards, idk)

I saw Evil Genius on sale at GoG. That's a great game, and now it's really cheap

Because the latest firmware update has a slight mistake in it that can turn your system into an expensive decorative brick if you're unlucky.

it seems like it’s mostly PS3s with 750GB and 1TB hard drives that are being stricken. So it might be an issue with larger, self-installed drives. Still, better safe than sorry.

I am honestly surprised it took them this long to change it. I may actually consider getting an XBox One now, but at the current price it won't be for another few years.

Definately a hell of a lot more viable now, however they have to now make up for all the pre-orders and plans to buy PS4 thanks to the huge fiasco related to XBone's original reveal.

More sales at GoG

FTL is only 2,50 now so if you haven't picked it up yet and want to know what all the commotion was about, now is a good time.

Other sales include Don't Starve(10 dollar), King of Dragon Pass(1,50), Witcher 2(6 dollar), and several bundles of old games for cheap
