I'm only playing anyway, (jesus, it's been a while since I've been back and that bullshit happened. Understand that bashing on the police for something that is legal in this state for chronic pain sufferers (and those with proper credentials, like myself) and yet still being harassed by them can induce several mixed feelings, and not really a good reason to -rep me. I mean damn, how would you like it if you got pulled over for simply taking your medicine as your doctor instructed?

I hope this is a justifiable rebuttal to the -rep, Sin.

I don't know if the being pulled over example is merely hypothetical or what actually happened to you, but...

In all states including permissive use states such as California, it is illegal to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol including legal-use marijuana. All states make it illegal to operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of any drug, recommended by a physician or not, if that drug causes the impairment of the drivers ability to safely operate a vehicle.

May or may not actually be what you meant, but police pulling people over for smoking weed whilst driving makes sense to me.
