Mjorna

Re: Mjorna

Meda just smiled and said "Are you up to the challenge Ilph? Loser has to pick up all the raspberries."

Re: Mjorna

Ilphstra hissed, "It's not the challenged you little airhead it's the fact that the raspberries will be ruined if they hit the dirt. They're soft enough already if they fall to the ground they will be useless." She stiffened her back and started back to the village again, muttering angry hisses.

Re: Mjorna

"W-what are these things?" Virgil asks, skidding to a halt in fear "W-we need to get out of here, Leon" he says, his hands trembling as he begins to slowly back away from them

Re: Mjorna

Meda blinks up Ilph's sudden mood swing and comments "Hrm, hadn't thought of that Ilph. But why so angry about it?" As she walks behind Ilph, wondering at the angry hisses.

Re: Mjorna

Tork shakes his head as Yulka carries too much. Gal needs to step down a notch. As Phaydra comes into his direction at a rapid pace he calls out. "Didn't go too well?" Would be a pity if she decided to leave. A good smith is worth his - or her, in this case - weight in gold.

Re: Mjorna

"It went..." she shivered and her hood opened up again. "This is the first place that has allowed me to stay despite my lack of belief." she shook her head as if trying to clear it, "Your prior is a very frightening man."

Ilphstra was in no mood to listen to the fox kin. The thought of someone wasting food upset her greatly.

Re: Mjorna

Tork blinks. And again. And a few more times after that. "Scary? I. . . Hmph." Tork has never considered Wulfric scary. But then again he is not quite right in the head to begin with. Maybe there is a scary side that he hasn't shown yet. "He mostly keeps to himself, but that IS his chapel."

Re: Mjorna

"He said I could stay." she said with a hopeful note in her voice, "All the others threw me out when i said I didn't believe in anything since..." she trailed off, "Anyway, I'm staying and I'll make myself as useful as i can. As you see, I have some scrap iron with me already... and the sheep is for the village. I've kept him fat and happy so that he would be tender and rich for a feast."

Re: Mjorna

Yulka looked to Toya and blinked. Someone was helping? "Th- thank you?" she said, awkwardly and fairly quietly so that Toya might not even hear. With that, she went back to the freshly cut wood to transfer more over.

Re: Mjorna

Toya indeed heard, a warm smile on his face as he looked at Yulka. "Don't mention it. We all gotta do our part to help out, right?" He says cheerfully, taking another load of timber to transfer.

Re: Mjorna

Tork nods. "That's good. You don't have a forge yet, but Toya wanted to change that, right?" He keeps an eye on Phaydra's face as he mentions the Dracotaur.

Re: Mjorna

Meda sighed, wondering why Ilph was so angry. She looked at the raspberries and shrugged, sensing only Ilph's anger at the moment as she followed Ilph to Mjorna.

Re: Mjorna

Ilphstra was careful as she set the basket down in her hut, and went searching for her woven drying racks.

Phaydra grinned rather embarrassedly and and nodded as her hood folded tight to her neck again. "Yes, I though it would be exci--- I mean, I'm glad there's someone here who can build me one."

Re: Mjorna

"Yeah," Yulka replied simply and nodded.

Another set of wood, and another trip back towards the chapel. But, this time, Yulka... tripped. Again. She landed on the ground, scattering the wood she was carrying.

"Owie..." she whined, as she pushed herself up and off the ground to a sitting position. The jostling around, along with her earlier head injury, caused her to feel quite dizzy. The Bunny-kin held her head, trying to get her bearings again, when she noticed she had scraped her arm which was now bleeding slightly. It just wasn't her day.

Re: Mjorna

Toya finishes his current load of wood, and notices the fallen bunny-kin on his way back, briskly trotting over to her and offering to help her up. "Are you alright? If this is too much for you, I can handle the rest. There isn't too much more..." He suggests, looking quickly between the pile of remaining wood to be moved, Tork and Phay, and Yulka.

Re: Mjorna

"Ah, uh no no. It's okay... I'll still help," Yulka said, blushing slightly in embarrassment. She took the help and scrambled to her feet. With that, she turned about and started gathering the scattered wood.

Re: Mjorna

Toya nods. "If you say so. Just don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Everyone needs a hand sometime." he says warmly as he continues to move the wood.

Re: Mjorna

Leon thought for a moment, then said, "I don't think there's another way out of this city. You hop up on my back, and I'll carry us out of here if you can hold them off with my pick."

Re: Mjorna

Meda put her berries inside Ilph's hut as well, and left quickly lest she incur the spider's wrath. She would look around and the square for a bit before deciding to go see what wulfric was up to.

Re: Mjorna

Yulka nodded. "Okay. Uh, thank you."

Picking up sticks wasn't particularly fun, but it was her own fault. Before long, she had what she dropped and she carried them over to the chapel, befing careful not to trip again.
