How do they fill the princess role? I thought their main advantage was negating armor.

Bandits are mostly mage killers/tanks, they sacrifice defense for high damage and hp, so they do best against unarmored foes(before awakening). Since they dont rely on defense mages ignore defense matter, and they are the duelists with the highest max hp, Celia being the highest and able to reach 3k close to max. Having low defense means Laila can take advantage of skill because she lose nothing and gains a massive atk bonus.

Bandits have the highest attack of the physical damage duelist classes, so the highest percentage of their normal dps gets though heavy armor. As long as you have a good enough healer to keep up with the damage they receive, they will be you best option in the traditional princess role. The other option, that can have both better and worse outcomes, is to rely on luck with the rogues assassinate skill.

Both good to know. Looks like she'll work well since I don't have a princess and dislike relying on assassination.
How well will Cellia do on Phalanx 2? I remember seeing a video comparing Princesses soloing the map.
Edit: Used left over crystals from extending gold/exp buff and got Stray. Looks like he'd be an awesome unit if female instead.

However. Hunter Stray is a better Daniela. Hunter Bella is a better Soma.
EDIT: As for how Cellia would do. She need a healer and witches to support her. She doesn't deal magic damage to kill the armors on the map.

A lot, it's a japanese game after all,most of the princesses (with the exception of Themis)are lolis.
The only back tactician Aisha is a loli, black healer Iris,HA Dina,Witch Naneya and Figuneria,Monk Ur,Angel Chloe,Miko Shiho,Necromancer Memento, Pururu, the loli vampire in this week event etc...
I'm actually surprised that Sybilla and Nanally managed to make it into the eng aigis.

What actually hurts is that some of these units can make the game much easier (such as Iris x2 defense, Aisha shortening the CT of all units in the roaster and Noel gold raising), I really hope they will include those characters later on though, just stick to them some boobs and pass them on just like in LoV.

As for Nanally, I think it's because her general body structure/boob size could easily pass for over 18. She certainly looks older than most of the women around where I live...

In the jp game Misha is my most reliable duelist(since my luck with game sucks) so I can understand how hard it would be to clear some missions without her around for free players, Carry is costy (don't get me started about her affection bonus) and while Elaine is still good she can't one shot goblins.
