This here proves you in fact did not read my post. I've said multiple times I am not arguing how important a change of stats is, but that a change of stats is not a class perk. It is simply a change of stats following the trend of the class.
Why wouldn't they expect cost to change? It did when they first evolved the class. Why would it not change the second time? Hell Block changes too on a few of the class during the first evolution. Why would someone assume that it couldn't again on any class. These are stats that do change. The only one I can't remember changing off the top of my head is MR, and that is a stat that is tied to the class not a perk of it. Just like heavy armors generally having more defense.
Yes yes, we are. Since the first post(As I was the one who made it) I have been talking about block, range, and cost being changes in stats based off the trend of the class. An increase is cost and how many units they can block is a change in their stats of cost and block based of the trend of the class. Still not a class perk.
Either way I'm done here. You guys want to stats class perks be my guess. They are the statistics every unit has. So whatever this is pointless.
Whatever you call it, it is a cost reduction/increase and block increase is crucial information about these classes. .

And about your example with the mages and Odette being outside of the trend: Noone is talking about trends. Yes, cost varies from unit to unit and from rarity to rarity as every other stat, BUT EVERY HA gets +2 cost and +1 block after awakening. That is not a trend, it's a fact that is true for every unit that belongs the the HA class and is not true for every other class. Thus it is in fact a class perk, which defines something that every single member of a class gets, but no member of a different class.
