Does that link even go to Aigis devs? I would have thought it goes to Nutaku since they're the ones the site is hosted on. They would then forward relevant items to Aigis devs. But yeah I'll definitely complain there if it goes to the Aigis developers.
Tickets sent by players through the link get translated and sent to the Aigis devs to my knowledge.
No event, no mention of new content, looks like we're back to farming for a week. Game's on its deathbed again.
The problem is that while the Aigis devs do certainly have full control over the English version, Nutaku, by their own admission, is unwilling to rock the boat. They will not stand up for us. They're too afraid of souring the relationship to take enough control of the situation to stand up to the Aigis devs and tell them their actions are cutting into customer interest and Nutaku AND Aigis profits.
All complaints levied against Nutaku are justified until such time as Nutaku actually gives a shit about how this game proceeds.
Has complaining to Nutaku devs done anything in the past 10~11 months? I don't think it has, so why continue trying to get them to do something when they're obviously not going to? Just bypass them and go directly to the source. If you've got something to back up the Nutaku devs actually doing something (aside from getting the back-to-back events going for 2 months) then by all means, I'd love to see it. But the back-to-back events stopped around the Christmas-New Year's time frame and we're going back to week breaks by the looks of it. So I can't really say Nutaku has honestly done anything to better Aigis currently.

As others have mentioned already a few times, it'd be best to wait until the anniversary to make a decent judgement on what Aigis devs plan on doing. Either we get shafted yet again and more content gets pulled or pushed back or they step up and give us
something to make up for the countless wasted weeks of getting breaks between events to be able to just power through events when we DO happen to get them because we've had so many non-event weeks since Aigis went live that we've got half a barracks full of max leveled units.
One of the recent responses I got from talking to a Nutaku dev was a pretty lame excuse as to why we're missing so much content was, and I quote "balance." If the Aigis devs are so worried about "balance" I'm curious to know why they've given us so many week breaks in events over the past 10~11 months of the game. Though the longer they hold out on Awakening and new story maps, the more units the players will have ready for Awakening whenever we finally
do manage to get Awakening added. I don't know about you guys, but AW orbs aside, I could AW half of my core team in the first week we get Awakening, and why is that? Too many breaks.
I also saw that banner that was mentioned earlier, and nothing related to it was mentioned in the news tab or on Nutaku's twitter page (didn't check facebook because I can't stand it) so I'd rather not get my hopes up.
But I'll say it again, complaining among ourselves on a forum or over a wiki page will do absolutely nothing to fix the holes in the game. Want to complain to Nutaku? Do it, no one is going to stop you. But I'm pretty sure its obvious by now that the few Nutaku devs that visit these forums only show up once in a blue moon and don't read backlog.
Sorry about the rant posts, just getting tired of seeing the dead horse beaten every single week like clockwork. Can count on it happening like the "What event is coming up next week?" guessing game.
