(Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

The time it takes to pull anything from gacha is a moot point, thats all up to rng.

Liana not being worth the money she could cost is only an opinion.

As for us having her event, no one had a crystal ball back then and no one has a crystal ball now. Theres no way to know for sure what well get next. you can only speculate from what we see from DMM.

What happens in DMM stays in DMM.

if she was not in gatcha we would eventually get her event when doesnt matter
but as for cost getting her from the event min cost max skill likely costs 30-50 sc with decent luck and planning
from gatcha lets say you got her from the same 30-50 sc she base skill base cost the only way to reduce that cost is the 250 card you need 5 of these and there not guaranteed so to get the same unit perfect it would cost 1000s of sc in the end

also we cant predict which event but we can narrow it down very easily right now we are looking at reanbell sera kannon or the trapper girl or for revivals len or charlotte

what happens in dmm stays in dmm remember dont even try to say theres the exchange quest cr fairys from other blacks and the events that give them that we may or may not get

My my... First a few pages aout loli-hate and anti-loli-hate and now the enloss and now the futile discussion about Liana all over again for the tenth time?
Why did I even read that stuff...

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Since everything's just a speculation and holds no value anyway,

who do you guys think has a higher chance of having an event in Nutaku?

Liana or Rihanna? Too hard for me...

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

honestly we have an even higher chance to get undeserved compensation for pulling units we didn't want from gacha

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

O about that.

At least on that topic, I agree with you that free black ticket or Elyse replacement for Liana will never happen, either.

Now I'm probably making other ppl mad, so again I hope I'm wrong.

'cause you're addicted to the drama

Eye on the TV
'cause tragedy thrills me

It happens to be like;

You all need it too, don't lie

Why can't we just admit it?

I predict Liana being permanently skipped because they can't come up with a solution to putting her in gacha.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

They should just give the option for people to trade her in for a legend summon ticket, or two. The ones you get for 150+SC on your stamp card, The black card would be too much as you actually get to choose your black so i think they should not give them out, it would be more fair to get a random black and the closest to that are the Legend tickets. That or a trading post thing like you have for the silvers, Trade her for B.Iris at the cost of some gold.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Incredible, you read what i said, ignore it completely and create a whole new response base in what you believe i wrote... Amazing. (i feel like alpha targert the wrong man :/)

One last time RNG means RNG........ How can you expect something that is random to happen exactly like you want with a sample of 1-5?

I get it he complains about being a loli, great this alll talk has been pointless. (just like the expectation of someone that doesn't get how lottery works.)

I have a feeling that you're the one who's doing this. Or maybe you just didn't understand my point. I didn't write anything about RNG. RNG is out of the topic. RNG is RNG. It's totally random. But one can still HOPE for something and if one was lucky to get that 3% chance for black, which happens very rarely and didn't get the unit that one WANTED, one feels disappointment because that feels like one MISSED CHANCE. Because it was lucky strike that won't happen anytime soon. If you say one can't hope for or want anything just because it is random, then I don't see a point for people playing lottery. Why they are playing? They are not mad and not going to sue anyone just because they didn't win. But they tried lottery because they WANTED or HOPED to win. Not EXPECT but WANT. And being a loli also isn't a point here.
The point I wanted to make is the disappointment because of that feeling like one has just missed his chance. That is all. It doesn't concern at all how RNG works.

Introducing the , a Platinum rarity, Feng-Shuist. Her class is pretty much must-have, between ability to heal 2 (3 post-awakening) units at the same time and terrain effect reduction lessening the severity of HP losses from poison and heat and shortening duration of bad weather, so maxing her out is a priority, right? Well... yes and no. Thing is, Pippin herself is weaker one among Feng Shui users, matching Gold rarity Shrine one in power and with skill that reduces the number of simultaneously healed targets in exchange for more than doubling her power. So, before Awakening her skill turns her into a Priestess with lower range, and only after Awakening she retains her multi-healing, reduced from 3 to 2. Said Awakening gives her passive buffing all Feng Shui Users' attack by 5% and skill duration by 20%, but one rarely run multiple Feng-Shuists, if ever, so most of time it is a nice self-buff. Her Skill Awakening is weird, as it turns her into a rather powerful Archer with exchanging healing for attacking one enemy, tripled attack, increased by one-and-half range, and faster attack speed, briefly (10 seconds duration, 20 seconds cooldown). That certainly adds a versatility to Pippin, but you are giving up healing increase for that, so consideration is necessary here.
So, definitely a must-have unit for any player who don't have any Shrine Feng-Shuist, but most likely only a collection value for those who do have them. Still, just look at this fluffy tail cosplay!;)

Even if she's not an event reward, she's still new, so...
170

Introducing the , the first, Platinum rarity, Royal Guard. Hers is the special class (meaning, comes pre-evolved but takes two sets of orbs to awaken) that in some ways aims to be a Heavy Infantry killer for team composition, as Royal Guards have comparable defense, have good survivability boosters on their skill and even regenerate HP on themselves later on, with additional rebalance patch. Blocking only 2 enemies compared to Heavies' 4 can be an advantage when you have them tank especially nasty enemy, as to not get overwhelmed by adds. Anyway, Alicia in particular have vaulted Increase Defense IV and boosts all spear wielders' (royal guards, valkyries, pegasus riders and dragon riders) attack and defence by 5% upon Awakening. Skill Awakening ups the defense multiplier to x3, extends same x3 to attack and keeps it up for the whole minute, all at the cost of attack speed decrease and massive initial wait and cooldown. She can only be obtained by spending $14 (1400 Nutaku Gold), but for that price comes with 14 SC, 300 DC and 30 Diamonds. Well worth every cent. After all, who can say no Anna's imouto?!)

latest
latest

And last but not least, our new Shrine Black...
170

Introducing the , the DPS queen. Well, not quite as much at the moment, but in the future, definitely) She is a Black rarity Bowrider, a melee-slot ranged unit with cavalry's usual better refund on withdrawal and aversion to blocking (reduced attack) and wielder of legendary Quad Shot! Her initial passive reduces all cavalry (bowriders/valkyries/pegasus riders/dragon riders) cost by 1. Awakening upgrades that to -2 cost, and grants cavalry's usual full refund on withdrawal, as well as mitigates aversion to just 70% attack on blocked unit (oh, and makes arrows fly faster). But her real shining point is her Skill Awakening. Why? SEPTUPLE SHOT! Yes, you read that correctly, seven arrows in each attack! And now place a Dancer in range... So bust your wallets and whale hard B)

Comments about the event
A proper Item Collection event at last! And for Feng Shui user, a key to combat terrain and weather challenges and class every player should strive to have. As always, higher the map difficulty, better the item payoff, and if you want to perfect the unit, you will have to cough up quite a number of Sacred Crystals or leftover treats. Of course, there's always a valid choice to aim only for 1100 items instead of 1400-1500, for CR-4, or even for 700, for CR-3. Another interesting points of decision are: do you want a steady guaranteed increase in bone fragment numbers, or willing to risk playing RNG drop roulette for substantially higher reward? Or maybe you you just want to grind silvers and fodder?
Anyway, in the guaranteed corner we have "The Ninja and the Bandits" with its 15 fragments for 80/9, and "Evil Conspiracy" with 13 fragments for 70/8. Ninja one wins in both fragment count (1.667 per stamina) and fodder (tin can and DCx2), and feature Ricardo as a silver drop. But it is more annoying, with ninjas and all. Conspiracy offers 1.625/sta fragment income and Ruby, with side dish of Misha.
Gamble corner is populated with G-tier "Demon Worshipers" with whopping 26 fragments possible for whopping 90/12, and "Bone Power of the Demon Lord" with respectable 16 possible fragments for only 50/7. Later one actually wins out, with 2.29 fragments per stamina point at max, and offering Platinum Spirit (and Giovanni), but 90/12, that offers 2.17 fragments at max and additional Rainbow Spirit, is supposed to gave better drop rates. You can alway bring your Thief along for buffing the rates, as long as your team can handle powered-up enemies.

On the event itself, most maps feature crimson fog weather effect, that robs you out of a full range and speeds up enemy walking speed from time to time, so adjust accordingly. Enemy composition is varied, from magic-throwing cultists to dark elves avengers and their pet chimeras to demons and ninjas... Best bring a good physical attackers with a dash of magic specifically to deal with that pesky dodgy shinobi on their map. If your team can handle it, Leda boost the drop rate for items and so very worth to bring along.

On a silver farming front, here's a run-down of possible drops:
  • Bandit ( ) (map 2):
  • Rogue ( ) (map 3);
  • Archer ( ) (map 3);
  • Pirate ( ) (map 4);
  • Magic Fencer ( ) (map 5);
  • Ninja ( ) (map 6);
  • Valkyrie ( ) (map 7);.
There's also tin can on map 5 and 6, Celia (the Platinum Spirit) on map 4 and Christia on map 9, so good luck!

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Regarding the Liana thing, I don't think people that got her deserve any additional compensation. Getting rewarded a black ticket for being lucky enough to get a black unit from gacha? That makes no sense to reward lucky people for being lucky.

Yes you can argue that you could've gotten a different black instead, but you could have also gotten a silver unit with that pull. A black unit is still really good, I would have loved to pull Liana instead of a 3rd copy of Sybilla.

I think the most fair solution for the Liana situation is to just -2 her max cost, skip her event entirely and just turn her into a gacha unit completely. it's not like majority of nutaku players are even aware of what goes on in the DMM version.

So in your opinion turning a useful event unit into gacha-only is "fair" just because not everybody would realize that they are being scammed. That's idiotic in so many ways I don't even know where to start calling it bullshit.

Now you've just turned a useful event unit into a gacha only unit. Not exactly an optimal scenario.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Honestly the most likely outcome is that absolutely nothing will be done. Everyone's suggestions or wishes on Liana will only be relevant if devs choose do do the right thing. It's just as likely that they'll simply bury head in sand and hope that no one makes too much of a stink about it, since it only affect a very small percentage of players who were "lucky" enough to pull her.

Re: (Nutaku) Milenium War Aigis (English Version)

Liana was my first gacha black pull in the first months the game was launched. I'm not really unhappy that I got her and I have put her to good use for a couple of years now. So I wouldn't really be very incensed if I didn't get some kind of compensation for rolling her when her event comes around. I might be a little more disappointed if I rolled her now, though. Or imagine her staying in the premium gacha after her event (not likely? but who knows with these devs).

Look at it this way though. You know that that you rolled two weeks ago? What if instead of , you rolled Plat event character two weeks ago instead when she was in gacha spotlight? Pippin is still a good character, right? And her event didn't come yet. But you would have gotten Uzume. And two weeks later, your copy of Pippin is literally useless, since you have replaced her with a cost-reduced, leveled up, and skill-upped version of herself. But hey, you still got her two weeks early instead of Uzume (or any other gacha plat which is better than Pippin)... so you can't complain. But you DID use all those resources (fodder and rainbow fairies) to level her up since she was useful.

Again though... I'm kinda fine either way. I don't feel necessarily entitled to a recomp. I'm just a little puzzled why anybody would want other players to NOT be compensated for rolling gacha Liana though. Some kind of weird jealousy thing?

you don't get scammed when you roll Liana from gacha, you get scammed when you spend the sacred crystals on gacha rolls in the first place.

you pulled Liana or any other black unit? great consider your self lucky.

you don't like Liana or that other black unit you got? To bad for you.

When you spend sacred crystals on the gacha you are signing an unbreakable contract with Goddess Aigis.

I'm just a little puzzled why anybody would want other players to NOT be compensated for rolling gacha Liana though. Some kind of weird jealousy thing?
Two reasons
For me its because it wouldn't be fair that I spent 1500+ crystals and got handed 10 random black units, where as JoeSchmoe spent 5 - 1500+ crystals and got to choose at least 1 of the 10 black units he has.

And two, Liana compensation would only be the beginning, players would bitch about other shit units they pulled and demand compensation for those "bad rolls" as well.

Ive only ever wanted Mikoto and Liana. I got Mikoto but never Liana, should my 9 black rolls be compensated because they weren't Liana?

If the answer is yes, then what the fucks the point of the gacha system? Let me just buy the shit I want out right please!

Honestly the most likely outcome is that absolutely nothing will be done.
And that is because us forum posters are the minority. The majority of the player base most likely doesn't even know any of these forums or wikis for the game even exist or give a fuck to begin with.
