Yenna turned on her heels in surprise from the guard appearing so suddenly behind her and having caught one of her errant, whispered words meant only for Sekla to hear.

The bard swallowed as her eyes took in an absolutely gorgeous female, athletic yet not to the point where it impacted the smooth curves of her form. She wore a skimpy and flirtatious outfit that made the armored Yenna feel as though she were terribly overdressed. Clearly, if there were no danger here, she would need to change into her entertainer's clothes, which were just as revealing as this Corgana's.

Yenna felt her heart thud, looking at the boss guard, naturally enamored by her. Yet to hear her speak with what was now clearly a common bimbofied expression, was disheartening. Clearly whoever this overlord was, he did not appreciate intelligence in his female subjects. This naturally infuriated the knowledgable and witty bard, and convinced her that whatever enchantment or charm was robbing these fine women of their thinking capacity needed to be ended.

Holding herself in check, she smiled and approached Corgana.

"Hello Corgana Ironsoul. That is a powerful name, it even seems familiar, but I know we haven't met before because I doubt I could forget a face - and body - like yours. My name is Yan Yenna Tea Leaf, but please, call me Yenna."

She stepped quite close and slung her sitar onto her back as she did so.

"If you're the one giving away the spankings, you'll make quite the criminal out of me.~ Are you very busy at the moment, Boss Guard? Perhaps you could tell us new travelers what we need to know about this city? I'd love to know how it came to be like this, and what the most important laws are. Sekla flinched a bit at Yenna being overheard, a guard captain approaching. Sekla was sure she heard that name before. Was she a blacksheep or was this...?

The guard confirmed Sekla's concerns, and then redoubled them with anger, though Sekla tried to repress it. Clerics? So they were using some sort of mind control on everyone. But worse... Yes this was definitely not a hobgoblin controlled region. The misogyny was out and obvious and for all the things her people were that was awful, that was one thing they weren't. After all, it'd be a waste to have members who couldn't soldier for their conquests.

But needing men to go anywhere, and all that stuff?! That made Sekla angry. She tried not to show it but damn did it make her mad. Outta find the man in charge and fuck him dumb with her... No! No bad thoughts, calm... Calm down... Productive and not horrible thoughts time.

Still, she wasn't as... gifted with deceit as the others were. She'd let them get them out of this. Before she got too riled up over all of this.

Inwardly, Yenna cringed at most of the things she was saying. She'd acted dumb before for male clients who liked their women to be bimbo-like, but that wasn't who Yan Yenna was. She'd been trained by the Tea Maker, and Madame Zunn. One didn't have a Slaad Lord AND a trained Githzerai chaos shaper for teachers and NOT figure certain things out about the planes and all the people therein. Corgana listened, but actually became rather concerned at Yan-Yennas tale! "Oh damnn.. ok you're getting your kiss but we totally have to tell the priestess! I knew there'd been issues with rebels but I didn't know it was this bad! Come, come along!" Corgana waved her hands, ushering them along.. it seemed if the three didn't want to risk a lot of attention and a fight breaking out, they'd have to follow along, for now.

Corgana lead them towards a larger building, perhaps the largest, comparing with the city hall. On closer inspection (engineering 15 or int 20) one could tell that it was a small temple that had been expanded not too long ago.

The temple had a portrait of the statue you saw before, the overlord ontop of the door and when entering.. Well.

There was a large statue, of the same guy, with chiseled, literally, male physique, standing nude and proud, all of it(and if it was a realistic depiction, which you doubt, he had quite the amazing.. sceptre of rulership.) though still wearing the helmet, obscuring all facial features.

Overall it was pretty clear who this temple was dedicated to. The candles had a distinctive phallic shape, There were portraits, all displaying the same armored man with a variation of poses and nude women kneeling around him and the benches were suspiciously comfortable looking. There was even a small ballot box with a smiling chibi version of the overlords face on it. Apparently the inhabitants of this town were capable of reading and writing, though you suspect big letters and a lot of effort were involved.

Within the temple you see a woman, in even more revealing ceremonial garb and actually no less beautiful than the guard-captain as well, her luscious body on display for you all.:

"Ah! M'lady!" She greeted as you entered. "I did not expect the rebel issue to be so bad they'd send one, two.. uhh.. three of you? .. Huh.. wait, You do not look as if you are DICKS... " The priestess pondered for a moment.

"An ex-plosive? Thats bad.. that does sound like them.. dirty rebels. I knew they had a hideout here but for them to be that bold.. Are you three alright? Is that why you are wearing all this weird stuff? I can soothe your mind from the experience, if you want to pray and then you can go shopping with Orelia for some proper getup or stuff, don't worry about the nasty rebel rumours, the DICK will mess them up real good. Meanwhile, Corga leaned over, remembering something important and giving Yenna a sensual kiss on her lips.. with the skill of someone that wasn't far off from someone that had kissed for a living..

Yenna said as she was prodded and led towards the temple doors that opened and revealed a sanctum dedicated to the phallic worship of this helmeted deity known simply as the Overlord. The picture of this world was becoming quite clear to the bard, and while the situation was comical in its incredulity, it was alarming in its proximity.

On the plane of Pandemonium, there was a constant storm of howling winds that scraped across the desolate, rocky terrain that offered little protection or respite to any unfortunate to be caught in it. The magic of the caravan she had grown up in was buoyed by a council of master chaos shapers, who had the ability to funnel the maddening winds away, leaving Yan Yenna and her fellow wanderers to be able to appreciate the terrible beauty of the winds. With enough distance, even awfulness had its charms. She might have been able to laugh about this silly prime plane with its unfortunate servitude to this Overlord, if she were not right in the thick of it herself!

Corgana now introduced her and her companions to the Priestess Vania, who was every bit as sexy and oh so slightly dimwitted as Corgana.

Sekla paid attention but kept quiet for now, but was groaning mentally at this insanity. What the hell was those names? acronyms? That could not have been an accident. What kind of overlord was this guy? He obviously had power. but he either had a fucked up sense of humor or was a complete fool.

Fortunately her silence could be interpreted as vapidness around here so Sekla wasn't... Too worried yet. And it seemed the captain was taking them out of there. Probably a good thing too. The priestess seemed a little too aware for Sekla's taste. They probably should find an opportunity to slip away.

For now, clothes shopping made sense to get some clothing to blend in though. Fortunately having so many naked women around was letting Sekla acclimate a little. It stopped being shocking after seeing the 50th one in a row. And the vapidness was a bit of a turn off anyways. Sekla liked her to talk shop with her partners. Well. She needed to find these rebels, figure out what measures they had to break the conditioning all these women were being subjected to, and figure out a way to start breaking down this organization the man had erected.

Kiyomi would leave Sekla and Orelia to their shenanigans and talk of bunneh ears, all the while she would be looking for something... sexy, fitting, appropriate for where they were; but wouldn't be too...
