Summer formulated a plan while she sat there with head between her knees. She silently rose from her sitting position and turned the door handle very slightly until the latch came silently loose. Summer gave a quick breath to ready herself and then slammed the door open. The door connected with the guard with sickening crunch. The guard flew out into the hall smashing their face against the opposite wall. Summer quickly grabbed a booted foot and dragged the unconscious guard who Summer now saw that was a very large man. The Guard's uniform was a dark grey with purple lines and a large purple D on the front and the large purple cap a top his head which head his eyes in shadow. Upon searching the guard she found a pass card and 2 pokeballs. Summer took the pass card and the belt that held the pokeballs on them and dragged the guard into the cage she awoke in and shut it and locked it. Then Summer opened the vent and climbed in the vent way was a very tight squeeze on her large breasts but she was able to slide thru barely and uncomfortably. Because of Summer's large uhh top she wasn't able to squeeze herself into the smaller vents leading to the less important parts of the base but she was able to finally find a split in the major vent system. The left route leads a way and she could feel the passage of cool air from that way. The major vent to the right lead downwards to a vent opening that Summer could see what looked to be a costume room that held many different kinds of outfits. As she crawled towards the fork she wondered which way to take.
Which way to go?

Bah, if Summer calls out the guard's pokémon anywhere, they're gonna jump on her. Let's wait until she's got her own pokémon to protect her (or join in the smexings, whatever).
I vote Right - Summer does her best to sneak into the costume room, hopefully finding something that fits her decently.

I'll vote right so that we can get her clothed. I want to also add in the option of calling out the two mystery pokemon so we know what we have in case of a pokemon battle between now and getting our pokemon back.

Summer eyed each passageway before deciding to get out of the very cramped space of the vents. Wiggling her front into the left vent so she could head feet first down the steep vent of the right. She started easing her way down but when the majority of her body had passed into the right vent she began to slip and then slide the rest of way down right into the vent cover which burst open from the collision. Summer landed butt first onto the solid concrete floor. "oooouch." said Summer as she rose up rubbing her bum and clenching the belt in pain.
After this Summer looked around the room and saw many different racks of clothes each row had some kind of label above the rack. The one nearest Summer had a large purple D and said "Uniforms SM to XL" and as Summer moved around she also read one that said "Disguises Females" upon looking at this row she saw many different clothes even a nurse joy uniform. The walls of the room had many drawers some of them labeled some not. One of the drawers read "for new recruits". When Summer opened it she saw that it contained what looked like pamphlets. She grabbed one and began to read it.
The front just read "Welcome to Team Dominance" as Summer continue reading she read "that all pokemon give to new recruits will follow all their commands as long as they remain dressed in Team Dominance uniforms and if you are wearing a disguise or civilian wear that you must use your own pokemon."
Summer finished reading the pamphlet (which just went on about world domination of both man and pokemon). Summer then decide maybe she should get dressed but in what she didn't know.

hey look what I found.....

Summer rushed to the rack of uniforms and found the uniforms that would fit Summer the best. She quickly grabbed the uniform and grabbed a pair of underwear from the disguise rack. Summer pulled the red colored panties and matching bra. She then pulled up the grey tights and squirmed her head through the tight dark grey undershirt. Before Summer could don on the rest of the uniform the door slammed open. Without thinking Summer jumped into the middle of one the clothes racks that held the thicker wear like the trench coats. Summer did her best to stop the swaying of the hanging clothes as she heard a pair of footsteps enter the room.
“Did you hear that?” grumbled a male voice from the door.
“Which noise?” asked a younger man’s voice somewhere down the rack “ The rumble of the huge battle going on between us and a group of trainers and some other group or the fact that half of our base is being destroyed by the local gym leader who somehow found us.”
“Shut up and just grab the capture tools already we need to get out of here.” said the other male. There were a few shuffles and slamming of drawers and then the pair of footsteps hurried out of the room with door slamming shut behind them. Summer hurried out the coats and pulled the rest of the uniform on which included a skirt, loose shirt, boots. Summer made sure to pull the hat extra low over her face. Now fully dressed as a member of Team Dominance Summer decide to check out which pokemon she had snagged from the guard.
“Alright come on out” said Summer as she threw the two pokeballs out on to the row. The first ball landed and burst a small ray of white light that showed a small form of a spider while the other formed into the form of large ball form. Summer quickly identified the spider as a Spinarak and the ball formed pokemon suddenly stood up from its resting point arms and legs appearing from its shell which now that the white light had disappeared that the shell was of multiple rocks.
“Goooollleeem” the rock pokemon yelled as if stretched.
Summer decide the best option was to quickly put these two to work to make her disguise less conspicuous. “Alright Golem you clear me a path to the recently collected trainer’s pokemon storage, and you Spinarak make sure no one sneaks up on us while we make our way there.” Commanded Summer pointing at the door. Golem quickly charged its way through the door with Summer following swiftly behind. Spinarak quickly jumped to the ceiling and began shooting fishing line thin strands of silk across the hallway. The few people that came across Summer and her duo mostly team Dominance members most who were already running away to the closest exit. Golem eventually arrived at the storage room bashing down the door with a quick lunge forward. The room held numerous bookshelves with slots for holding spheres while the room could have held many hundred of pokemon the only held a single row of twenty or so pokeballs. Summer thanked the pokemon and returned them to their pokeballs then tossed the belt and the pokeballs down a row of shelves. Summer wondered what she should do if she should take the time to find her own pokemon or just stuff them all in the backpack that had been thrown aside.
