Guaranteed this won't happen unless laws change. Same reason why steam has this game not for sale in germany... Not because of steam, but because of germany.

A reminder for those out of the loop that the CCMod for this game will be the closest thing to an instant DLC when it's updated for 1.0. It adds impregnation (With updated CGs in some scenes accordingly) through to birth, skin recolours (gyaru mode), disciplining individual inmates (Which means lowering the levels of troublesome ones, or purposefully losing to raise them) as well as a lot of exhibition focused content.

There's also loads in the pipeline for updating, adding extra CGs, CG variants, even a proposed big tiddy goth warden mode, bug fixes, gameplay improvements and utility things, like voluntarily removing clothes. You can get it

Man, I really hate hyper-boobs like this, though most of the time it's easy to ignore, but christ it feels like 60% of Karryn's body weight is in her boobs and looks hard to ignore.

Steam has taken games that have those elements before, the problem is on which valve employee are you gonna run when submitting your game because apparently they have a serious case of triple standards or some of them are very prudish.

These are games that slip through and if you notice, a lot of them have the content stripped out (Summer Memories) or really deep into the game with hard to verify media (it's not plastered all over the press content, none of the main cast looks loli/shota or whatever, it's not easy to find images of content like bestiality/school hentai and attach it to the game, etc). That said, there are also a lot of games that take place in a high school setting like Kozue's Strange Journey, but don't push it very hard.

Steam doesn't have triple standards, they have people very loosely verifying something they want nothing to do with. You expect them to start delving into porn sites or playing porn games to see if there's actually lolicon, then call over their boss and go, yeah, that's a 6-year-old getting railed by a horse, sir!

It's so wishy-washy because developers don't call attention to this content and it's not always easy to tell without referring to exterior sites, many of which Valve is unliekly to want to deal with, like Dlsite. So they make best case judgements, and the easier it is to see a problematic element, or the more the game is known for it, the more likely it is to get banned.

Stuff like Melty's Quest has its problem content so deep that the only people who will ever see it are fans, so no one is going to report it. So hey, I get it, I'm salty that Steam is basically firing blind when it comes to banning porn games and VNs, but they aren't doing it out of spite and I'd rather take some porn games on Steam than none at all.

Warden difficulty straight off too much of a challenge for me, can't get past the infirmary goons on level 2 despite max physical investment and level-cap. Probably have to go back down to secretary level and do a non-H fighter build there.

I read somewhere that the order level determines how tough the prisoners are, is that true? I kept order to single digits in an effort to maximise cash, but this might have backfired spectacularly on me.

It was the guard from the barracks, so I didn't imagine it.
Well, if my previous run in the demo is any indication, it seems order in single digits will see multiple waves guaranteed compared to just the one when order is in the 20s.
Problem is, order in the 20s means the prison runs at a loss. So finding that balance is tricky, especially when there's only so much she can do before she gets tired (and horny) and has to rest to regain peak condition.

If you get killed by the prisonner through brute strengh... you either fail to play properly or have fail your built.

Besides the spelling errors, yes I do know what the difference is between a fighter build and a seduction build.

Is it a regular prisoner? Or is it a "thug" type because those ones with the thug in the name are much higher stats attack wise and you end up need to kill them first.

Regular. I did play an earlier demo and am well aware of the wanted criminals and the rare variants with high levels. Still, I'm getting a beat down from regular grunts because of abnormally high critical attacks.

Edit: I completely forgot about the cat's second piece of advice on a game over. Trying to level all stats evenly is a fool's errand; players should focus on one stat and have two secondaries. That way it's easier to overcome the ways through brute force. Back to the drawing board.

So is the way to prioritise one of the fighting primary stats to only use that type of attack (eg. only spam Blunt Strikes if we prioritise Strength) regardless of the triangle advantage?
Also, Mind increases Willpower limit and to build Mind we have to use a lot of Willpower skills in battles right?

According to the game-over cat, yes that's how it's supposed to work. The very guard at the barracks gives more details to that effect.
It's geared towards power-levelling, but the guard also says it's fine not to sweat too much over the details and just play combat normally.
Funnily enough, the Steam version actually gives a hint toward this playstyle by offering achievements which cater to this playstyle of prioritising one or two stats at the expense of others.

The triangle still works, since one cannot spam strength attacks every round and have to switch to a different type the next turn.

Using lots of willpower skills is quite easy. Anything which uses SP and MP contributes to mind. So non-slut players will be gaining mind anyway by keeping desire low, while counter-focused players will be happy to know their attempts to win through defence get rewarded with more mind points.
