So you mean they just took all the 18+ stuff off the site and have no plans to put it back? I couldn't find any announcement of that but I didn't look too hard because that site makes me want to throw up. If this is truly the case it's the worst poor facade in a long time.

BULLSHIT! "pressure from some angry members" no shit, you took down a major part of the site and lied about the reasons for it and poorly tried to cover it up, now you're using the response as an excuse to do what you always wanted to do.

Turns out after reading through the latest comments in the 18+ section that Bobby was actually willing to go through everything, he just ran into lack of response and any real help from the rest of the team in terms of getting the job done, so after venting in the staffs own chat he basically stepped down, then thats where we have Dizzy coming in and claiming it was all due to the pressure from the community. Really sad that its looking like more and more that this was more of a calculated decision to really be rid of the 18+ section rather than anything legitimate. Not overly shocked just really would prefer them to simply be up front about it rather then try and pin it all on the community and some angry internet mob. Definitely some people in there who probably went beyond what they should have in terms of expressing their anger, but when even the person in charge of the audit states that not being the problem, and rather seems to make light of the staff of the site itself indirectly/directly sabotaging the section, its pretty rough not to be a bit upset and skeptical, not even mentioning just knowing how the site has been run in the past.

I don't know what you mean by mugenized but if it's a good stage I would take it we lack nsfw stages in the H mugen community

Wow, I haven't heard of thrill kill in a while honestly. Old 3D arena fighter of sorts that never got released due to being 'too' adult. Did have some pretty questionable stuff for the time though admittedly given some of its characters, but if you'd want some 3D characters/stages for Mugen it could work. Not sure what the logistics of that would be really, though really mugen has pretty much proven that anything is possible given enough of a drive/passion to get something done at this point.

Is it really skeptical when Dizzy just stated " worst come to worst we will permanently delete the section" just now? There's the transparency, nows the process of utilizing new hosts. Whenever, probably in the very near future they put the files on their external host, gotta just transfer those to wherever we move to. Hardest part again is getting both the jp/eng creators that used it to move and communicate that.

On that jap mugen website, I saw a thread with seemingly functional Riesbyfe Strindberg (Melty Blood), but the thread doesn't seem to link to the character itself? Question is: is it even a playable character or just WIP or seires of GIFs?

You talkin the ryona sakura website? Riesbyfe hasn't been updated in a LONG while, but the gifs and whatnot were there to show what's been added to the character on the uploader.
I have no idea what number Riesbyfe is on the uploader though.

So to answer your question, Riesbyfe should be done as a playable character, as she's got most of the compatibility for the usual aggressors. Dunno if she's still being completed or worked on, but how she is so far is good enough for me.

Definitely functional, i remember having her ages ago, but i could not tell you where to find her now that everything is in the shadow realm

mugenero doesn't release any of his stuff so no, it's not available.
And I WISH there was a really nice looking and compatible Seiken Densetsu 3 Riesz ;P

I know of and have Kotaro and Ange, and I know Gettags recent Cammy is compatible, but of all the other ones he displays in his videos, are they still private/unreleased? Only other I've been able to find since the purge is Iari I believe, but its a bit buggy overall, or at least the version I have anyways.

Are you talking about the really nice mating press one? I know I have a Kira somewhere and grabbed Iari from the uploader. I wish more were compatible with it heh. It's a really good one.

Precisely that one, yeah. With the various status effects and what not, and pretty unique missionary pose on top of that. Really hoping to find the Saki, Jessica, and Heart from his videos, though considering how dated some of those videos are I doubt the characters out if they haven't really shown up already.

Hey all. Something of a lurker for the MUGEN community here for a while now and I come with a... probably weird question, honestly - but it's one I kind of need to ask before we... Well, do anything.

I don't know much of where the MUGEN community comes together, though I know there seems to be bits and bats of people in several corners of the internet - though to my personal knowledge, the one that came up the most was MugenArchive. As I understand, there's a certain amount of contention regarding that website for various reasons from various people.
So my question is this - my friend and I are contemplating creating an alternative website for people to utilise for the uploading and distribution of their MUGEN creations and potentially discussion, should that be wanted.

In short - How much interest is there in this?

I'm open to questions regarding this, ofc, but there's not too much planned at this time. No point doing anything if nobody wants anything, after all.
