RPG Active [Studio FOW] Subverse

To summarize many questions and doubts
- the Early acess will start at end of summer
- the game is very Story-based game, full voice acted and many fuckable space pussies
- Although the game has a Male protegonist, the developers like a hell of veriety of fetich M/F F/F, Monster,Futa, Aliens. And there will be some option to uncheck what you dont want to see

... We kinda know that TBH. Not to be mean to ya BTW, but I (and many others it seems) need physical proof (pics, vids, demos) now before we back this endeavor.
I mean let us look at it this way.
- Early access only applies to those who pay x amount of dollars and get picked. (Unlikely for us tbh.)
- It may be story based (which we know about) but with no examples to go by it is all "planned" not actually in it yet.
- Many of us have no issue with the scenes, but many of us are worried about if they will actually follow through or not. (Many of us here know WAY too many devs who fell into obscurity or gave up) Trust me we have A LOT of proof in the games in dev portal.
- This is their FIRST game and even if they do have over 1 million dollars it still does not guarantee it will succeed in the future or get shut down by some unknown events.

Like I said I am not trying to be mean, but I (and many others) are still not sold as of yet. I will keep my eyes on it sure, BUT if I don't see anything about it in media form of some kind I will just say no to the whole sha-bang. There is one studio in particular who had well over 1 million dollars on kickstarter before and well... It fell off the map. "coughs" (Scalebound)

Of course the is no guarantee that the game will be good or a success, and understand why people will have their worries ...

But me and many and many others belive in their project. By now the project have almost 1.7 millions USD and have high chance to go up 2 millions. This is no joke

The Studio seems really stable, and even that their animations has some flaws they are one of few which shows this amount of care
- scripted animations
- well made (not perfect) animation
- Full voice acted ...
- Steady production of animations

Besides, for Subverse, they shown a very stable and solid work schedule, and they are sticking with it, even with this kind of bizarre success they got. Not only they got a new engine to make a better work, as by now they have Unreal4

Subverse have in their project:
- VA director, for a full voice acted game (all in their budget projection)
- Art director and character design for Original Characters.
- Ureal4 professionals to help the development.
- Young composer for an Original Soundtrack

I think it's only natural this success in KS ... I Won't say ur wrong or anything, just showing some data to why me (and many ppl) believe in their work.

I also don't like how they are holding so much info about gameplay, but it's not like they leave the supporters in the Dark .. They are doing many interviews these days, and in there they talk more of the Gameplay and showing some in game engine footage ...

In the end, at last IMO, and many others opinion, their project is quite solid and serious. Well it's impossible to make everyone happy, by now the game is beyond 1.300% of the goal

I see your point and all but as a point of an investor, I see no physical proof of anything beyond the fact the have the money and people.
I will wait and see what becomes of this game in the future.
Oh and out of curiosity why jump in here and chat up this game so hard? You are obviously not a developer or even on the team. If they have the money why do they still need more?

You have over a mil and you still are getting more, but you still have not given any hard evidence on what you have done to get support? So far all we here have to go on is what some random people are coming here to say that "yeah it's good" but not showing us anything at all. So far you guys are not getting what I am saying here so let me reiterate it in a blunt way.

We need someone who is actually ON THE DEV TEAM OR WITH THE TEAM to show up and tell us "Yeah this is what it is." not people who just want them to get more support (Which if 2 mil is not enough then well...) many of US HERE will not take it seriously. (IE: Me for one.)

All I am asking is for TANGIBLE EVIDENCE that they are serious about this endeavor is all. And I for one don't think that is too much to ask.

I'm here because I like what the game is and what it stand for .. So it's worthy to "chat it up" ... You are right, they don't need more money, I'm doing this at free volition

they have the money, nothing else but a product is necessary...they don't have to come here since theres nothing to be gained from coming here...this forum is just a forum after all.

And even on the Discord many of them are asking the same thing I am asking here.

I guess I am beating a dead horse here so I will just say to Hell with it. No new info besides "Hey we got x amount of money! YAY!!!" so I will check out of this thread.

Will this game be steam only or will there be a way to get a non-steam version?

I skimmed through this thread and saw the discussion about the problem of pron games on someones steam archive. Are there any other ways to hide your steam porn games other than playing "offline" or making a completely new account for porn games? It seems to be possible for other people your list of games and what you have played through your profile, but the profile can be made private.

I'm not that bothered if people find out I have porn games on my steam account. What may become a problem in the future is if I one day might want to let children play the games on my steam archive unsupervised (as unlikely scenario as it may be).

What I'm getting at is that I hope there would be a function on steam where you could put games into a hidden, password locked section that would also stop said hidden games from showing on your profile. If there is no such option, steam better start working on that.

I do not believe there is anyway to hide what you do from your profile page unless you make everything on your profile page completely private.

2020 or later might be a better estimate, as this rather thoroughly illustrates that the only work done till this point were the concepts needed to display their proposal on kickstarter.

Prepare for the next high profile kickstart failure. Grab more than popcorn you might need earmuffs while you're at it and a lounge chair for how long this going is going to take to pan out.

I can hear a lot of reeeing and keyboards being thrown. While kickstarter backers come to the realization that they've thrown money at another failure.

I can imagine a YouTubers who covered this will struggle to not be demonetized if they attempt to play any footage of the game.

I understand this is something like Space Rangers flavored by Freelancer with addition of X-COM, with the addition of the most important hentai.
It looks extremely entertaining, especially for those who are fond of science fiction and space simulators.
It’s a pity that ship control is not like in Elite Dangerous, but probably this is too much expectation from hentai game )
