Oh, this looks like fun! I can't believe everybody made poor Katie attempt to dabble in prostitution, and then commit bloody murder! You all want something horrible to happen to her, don't you?

Choice 2: Fix the toilet
Katie goes to the washroom, noticing the nice tint of red the toilet water is from having bloody clothes in it all night. She ponders and looks around the room trying to figure out what she has that she could use. Finally, she decides to decide between her knife, a plunger, and a hammer.
She plunges the knife into the water and swirls it around, trying to break the clothing. After a few minutes of swishing and grunting and getting her arm wet, she begins to be able to see the bottom of the toilet. Letting out a cry of victory, she plunges the plunger into the toilet bowl and begins to furiously pump her arms up and down. Finally, she hears the sound of water draining away and sighs with a sense of victory.
She cleans her tools up and puts them back where they belong, flipping on the radio, she hears that today is going to be a rainy day. She also hears that the local sports team is doing horribly, and the adventurer's guild is looking for people. She hears briefly about the murder, but the police don't seem terribly interested.

Katie goes through her clothes and picks out something comfortable, a simple white shirt and loose fitting pants. She throws these over her undergarments and then puts on a jacket. She decides to eat a ration too, she took one out then opened it, she pauses, looking at the crumbly looking nutrition packed cookie poking out of the silver foil warpping, with a heavy sigh, she took a bite. It was quite bland and dry, causing her to stumble into the kitchen for a glass of water.
After eating the cookie and discarding the package, she goes into the bathroom to fix up her hair. Afterwards, she goes back into her room, looking at her things and trying to decide what to spend the day doing

She heads outside and notices a few police officers asking people questions, she also notices that the woman from last night is there, looking around, the woman looks at her and at first seems to recognize her, but then she turns away to look at something else. Katie lets out a sigh of relief, she turns down the street to a large building with a sign, "Adventure's Guild, We Need Members!"
She opens the door and walks in, a young woman at the counter smiles at Katie, then points to a bulletin board, "Any new information we get will be posted there... we're sorry but we really can't guarentee the accuracy of the information, although we can guarentee that we'll pull you out of portentially deadly situations!"
Katie looks at the clerk with "I... see..." She begins to look through the list:
