Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

another late question right out the dumb, couldnt find an explanation in the wiki too:
while there is some food marked as cooking in the library its not available in part 1 via cook and three star cook, my question is somewhat relating to the food thats already available in the skillset, I need Kitty Rice, but theres no way to craft it as item via the skill, its always like a buff in the partymenu, but i need it as item, can i aquire the item somehow via crafting or is this just not possible given how the game handles this?
I would like to take back what I said earlier about Kitty Rice.

It's a cooking skill you learn as a Level 3 Cook. You need Rice x1 and Dried Bonito x1 to make it. Rice can be bought in Iliasburg and Grandeur, while the Dried Bonito can be bought in Iliasburg, Iliasport, and Port Natalia.

I'm not sure why I missed it in the cooking list the first time I looked it over, so sorry about that.

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

Kitsu and Kamuro (the other kitsune) have some events you'll see in different towns if they are not in your party, so you'll still bump into her even when she's not in your party.
That's good to know, I know some don't. Like the events between Mary and her "wife" Barbun. I didn't see any of their events until both were out of my party. There's a few others that only happen when characters are in party as well. TT went a little too far with all the extra little easter eggs lol.

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

Note that you can steal cooking ingredients from enemies via the Ingredient Collection skill, so it's possible that an enemy might be holding it.

It's also possible that it's an item limited to Part 2 or Part 3....
i needed it to raise affection for the cursed doll girl to get her 2000 affection reward, forced it now with chocolate instead, i knew there are alot of different meals that are listed in the library available via cooking skill, but alot of them are actually not available because

A- I believe theres another job for cooking like a Confectioner or Heavenly Chef to craft all the desserts or special meals
B- The crafting system doesnt give you certain items, try it out, select a cook and try to craft a Kitty Rice. Does it appear in your inventory? its always used as buff for a partymember/whole party.

but anyway, thanks for the answer.

more fluffy tails and easter eggs, that would be great, yes yes (already happy about the new previewed kitsune)

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

oh well, it does buff and give you the related item, well, guess i should have just double checked after using the buff on my team, guess i ll go to the dumb corner now for the rest of the day

E: there are items that give even more affection points, for example the kids meal does give 210 affection points on the cursed doll, beef bowl 105 on the minotaur girl

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

Thankfully Cheat Engine raises girl's affection by 3>6>9>12>15>2001 every time. ;)
By part 3 grinding every girl to 2k on 2 routes will take months of farming.

Now if I figured how to efficiently find exp multipliers for every character it would make grinding new team way easier.

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

i just use rpg maker for all my needs instead of cheat engine its super fast i use the shop that sells goddess seed that gives 200000 exp the genius seed that gives 600 job exp and Seed of Ascension that gives 600 race exp and there all sell for free i only use that shop on my extra copy not in my real copy of the game.

For currently cookable items, 105 is the highest affection (Fried Rice, Beef Bowl, Oden, and Nabe). For items that are renewable without new game+ or the labyrinth, 150 is the highest (Inarizushi). Some girls won't accept any cookable items, consuming only base ingredients or purchasable food. a spreadsheet with the cooked and purchased items that give each girl the most affection.

Thank you very much for the link, made getting all the items from everyone(well almost, don't have a few) a lot easier to do.

Re: Monster Girl Quest: Paradox

I'm struggling with team-choice too. I did most of the early game with the three imps. they've all leveled up into succubus at the moment. You get one martial-artist, one mage and one priest. All imps get pleasure-skills too.

They 'only' do 380% damage, rather than the 450% or so that proper prostitute-skills do, but you can use them without having to go through 1-10 of their base class (mage/martial-artist/priest) and then ten levels of useless gadabout, then finally getting into prostitute.

I was wasting my way through most enemy groups with the three of them spamming pleasure skills. (most early-game enemies seem to be beasts, so it's usually a oneshot)

Anything that was pleasure-proof usually died in one turn to the black-mage (now time-mage)'s fireballs.

My thief is one of the battle-fuckers, and Luka leveled up Guard (even though I never use his guard-skills)

I kinda want to branch out now, but everyone else is underleveled.

I do wish there were some way to grind job-skills faster. Even with everyone wearing the hard-job bracelets, they still only seem to gain tiny amounts of xp.

Unfortunately, until you get to the final dungeon most enemies only give you between 1 and 3 job exp.

Find area with 3+ enemy spawns, make sure the enemy gives at least 3+ job exp per and can be quickly killed (having a maid fighting plants or insects/ or a team of pleasure attackers versus beasts work wonders), level a naturally fast character as gadabout (who the hell thought it was a good idea to name it this!?), once mastered go down minstrel intermediate job, use lucky song once learned every fight (double exp gained), have fun gaining a level every 1-5 fights until level 8 or 9.

All my characters except Luka and Sonia have 150% job exp and with lucky song they are gaining their first 5 levels really fast and the following 3 at a good speed. The last 2 still drag on but with the exception of my newly subbed character, they are all on their 3 or 4th jobs and I haven't even entered the haunted mansion on my first playthrough. Flirt (I'm done calling it the other thing) was a pain to level but I'm glad I did. If you don't want to level it, use Meia as a substitute as she starts off as a minstrel.

Where are you exactly? In the first continent the best place to farm job xp is the fourth level of that cave south of happiness village and north of pornof that leads to Rostrum which is six(maybe seven) average. After that I am not sure which of the forest where you get Sylph, the region between Monte Carlo and Rubiana or Mt Saint Amos is better since I didn't keep that close of a track and depends on weakness and the other things enemies may have. If you are further there are other places too, for example, Gnome's place second level nets ten or a bit above per battle.

If you are using gadabout's abilities(the double is easy to get if you don't want to go to quintuple) to lessen number of steps required you might need to test if it really helps or not since as best as I can tell it makes rarer encounters less so which is great when you want them but not so great when the common ones are better.

The one I am using right now is the best place for job xp(15 per battle) but doesn't give anything else and require you either to use specific strategies or be rather powerful.

End game yeah so it is why I didn't mention it as one of the suggestions. There are five possible encounters beyond honeypots so it averages a bit below but in exchange it is a lot easier to do and doesn't give only job XP.

I admit at least part of the reason I am farming using Ranael and Nagael is because I find it funny.

I've got a three-man team of dudes with aoes, so I can clear out three enemies in a single turn pretty reliably, even then i'm only getting about 6xp per battle.

I can't even work out how to cheat-engine the job xp.

I'm keeping my eye out for those xp seeds. If I get three of em, I can probably use CE to dupe it. ATM i've just got regular exp and 2 race xp. No job-seeds/
