since we are all waiting for part 3 im going to ask a question if you could pick any character from all monster girl quest games to marry who would you pick? as for me it has to be Tamamo
also cant wait to have her as a party member.

Marry hunh? If I was into loli I might agree with you. More into bakunyuu myself though.
Hmmm... that's a tough question. Most of the monsters in the MGQ world are way too promiscuous for me. I honestly don't see the vast majority of them being faithful, and most of them have an insane amount of sexual experience already. Like... Alma Elma and 99% of the succubi are just a complete NG. I can't see Alma being attached in that kind of way. As succubus queen she likes doing it, and before meeting with Luca in MGQ she played around like... A LOT. Tons of coliseum challengers, and in her general youth she went crazy. I don't think anyone could be special to that person.
Honestly, besides Alice, and Erubetie none of the girls are really heroine material in my book in the original MGQ. They don't get romantic development. Granberia kind of does, but she's boring imho. Just a way of the sword type battle junky character.
Hmmm... now that I think about it... emotionally I kinda like Un-Do's girls. The frog girls are super nice in their ending. The slime group are super into you, and the nefertiti lamias was completely into you. I've even warmed up to Chrome. I really like Saki in Paradox, the idol zombie.
If I had to choose one from the original MGQ though, I'd probably choose the Samurai and Kunoichi elf team. I remember thinking their personality really showed in that scene, and they take care of you when they're done. The ant girls were super devoted and a high libido too. They'd be my second choice. They just seem a bit boring though, so I can't say I like them too much.
For Paradox, the choice is a lot harder cause there's so many...
I really liked the rabbit girl though. The one that's best friends with the sheep girl and pulling her out of all the drinking establishments. The NPC monster helps you w/o complaint, and all of her scenes show she's not one-note in personality. Saki and Devil Girl are pretty up there in possible choices too.
You know I've been playing through The Witcher 3, and it made me think, what if Geralt fell into a portal that took him to the MGQ world? Would never happen but god that would be such an amazing crossover. Obviously he could not be as powerful as Luka since he's not half angel, but an argument could be made that a really good Witcher could fare well up to a certain point.

He'd be at a severe disadvantage. Even if his magic still worked alot of a witcher's effectiveness comes from knowledge, not only of the species he's hunting but of local flora and alchemical mixtures. Poor guy wouldn't even be able to gain any new mutations.
A better choice would be someone who's power doesn't rely on any external sources that may or may not be present in another reality.

Well first thing he would probably say "damn portals"
About him relying on external sources i would mostly agree, he stil is capable of super human feats thanks to his own mutations though.
Many things are left unanswered though:
For one the Witcher Universe is quite unique in the fact that many monster are usually weak to silver - sth we usually only see in werewolf stories as their "unique" weakness.
About the external factors not being present. i would say we just dont know enough in this specific instance of the MGQ universe to say he could or could not make use out of it. (though i would agree that he would most likely stil be at a disadvantage here given that no one probably "tried" different poison and potions on those monsters, so he has to gather that knowledge atleast on his own)

What is your evidence to pre-suppose nobody attempted to poison monsters in the past? It's conjecture, at best. We do know monsters are as susceptible to fatal wounds as anyone else, but have the advantage of a stronger constitution, magic, and being much stronger physically (on average). Hell, we see in part 2 of the OT that bombs can kill mermaids just as effectively.
You also clearly don't know much about real-world myths. Werewolves aren't the only things susceptible to silver. It's just a more commonplace misconception that they're the only ones. In MGQ, one has to assume one weapon is as good as the other unless stated otherwise.
We know a lot about the world of MGQ up to this point. It's not anyone's fault if you skipped all the exposition.
From paradox I hope more art of Saki, she is awesome (as a unit and as a character) Also queen Harpy but thats less probable.
I hope world doesnt end before paradox part 3 is released (this year has been really chaotic I fear Apoptosis would pop out in July at this rate

by the way, this game is somewhat exhausting to play. grinding affection and job/class xp with so many girls is a chore. lack of decent quest tracking also isn't helping. im getting burned out. uuuugh. iv'e made it past the desert, on my way to gnome and im just having trouble booting it back up. arent i supposed to get the other spirit too? i cant tell who to get first. anyway, saki....permanent party member. double xp? yes please.

It shouldn't be exhausting to play.
In fact, I'd argue it's only exhausting if you're doing it wrong.
A lot of monsters only get their scene at 10 affection so grinding over that only gets you items.
You can track quests by talking to Amira, she'll tell you what you can possibly do and what not to do. She's in the pocket castle.
If you want to know the best way to increase affection, it's through gifting food items the other party likes. Later in the game, money is easy to come by if you know what you're doing with passives and have been messing around with jobs. Once you have a ton of money, just buy 99 of every food item, including onigiri which are SUPER popular among monsters. If you have a skilled maid, which you will if you just collect all the monsters, you can then cook some better food. Cooked food has the chance of increasing affection by 30 or more if you get exactly what the monster wants. It's quite easy to skyrocket the affection of all the monsters you have in one trip to the pocket castle.
Regarding Saki.
The game designs itself by giving key characters to you at intervals. Future monsters you get just have more experience in more jobs so it's usually better to switch to them, but some key monsters are quite strong and useful. The homeless succubus for instance has tons of experience in tons of jobs and is SUPER useful throughout the entire game. Endgame for Paradox 2 though, If you're using dancers or any status effect monsters, buffing classes, I'd argue you're kinda playing suboptimally. On normal you can kill the final boss in two/three turns, because the game's not balanced properly. If Luca transforms into a hero of justice, while having his King buff, and has an attack buff, he'll one shot almost anything. It's quadruple all of your stats plus an attack buff.
While I like Saki, she wasn't a permanent fixture in my party.
the exhausting bit is wandering to the next area, random encounters, and town design. not only that, it seems almost necessary to talk to everybody, because you never know who's going to decide to give you a key item like a job scroll or medal. maybe it's only happened a handful of times, but now im paranoid about it.
homeless succubus a thief in my party. super useful class too.

Just end all random encounters in one turn.
It's a turn-based game where speed as a stat not only means you get to go first, but there's weapon abilities that scale off of it. It's BY FAR the most important stat in the game and you can end most random battles by having high speed allies just use AOE moves in succession.
Regarding exploration, you're also supposed to check cabinets and barrels just like Dragon Quest, the game the series is parodying with the whole, defeat the demon lord bit.
The game isn't like other adult jrpgs, in the fact that it's AN ACTUAL GAME. It's a 50 hour experience AT LEAST, and that's not normal in adult games, so I can understand getting some mental exhaustion if you weren't expecting a full game. Just take breaks every now and then like you would for a FULL GAME, and you'll be fine.

If you want to train more characters there are several ways in the late game like the mimic island or the Labyrinth of chaos.
also some units and classes are broken like the oni girl with battle master and a berserker mask
my little oni my little one I used to wonder how a one hit kill is until u used cosmic blast on sylph
my main team and strat consists of having luka talk to everyone. he's an informant.
ava steals, saki buffs, kamuro one shots everyone with taoism. I have alice and fredika as backup, succubus nun just in case, last member is expendable. every encounter plays out the same. It's making the game feel much longer in the tooth. By the way, im recruiting everyone, so i've 100%'ed most areas. so that may be why it also drags for me abit.
by the way, I have dragon puppy and tiny lamia, but I was never able to find goblin and I dont know how to help vampire. Where they hanging out? Do they have useful functions too?

Gob first you have to look for her in iliasburg in a warehouse then talk to her in the plaza. for vanilla you have to help the merchant in the hills south of iliasburg then speak with vanilla in iliasburg general store, then go to iliasville shop and talk to the merchant on the shop (the not the one selling the one on the right side. then go to the hills again and look for a stag (is the shiny point in a tree) at the west of the mandragora. give the stag to vanilla and she will join your team she is by far the best bandit in your team, can increase your gold income, warp you open chest and its a great magician.
my main team on part one was
mini the phoenix girl with sky dance,
Saki or ragora as a super star
Minelli the mimic to vore enemies that ragora or saki stun
Shizuku the oni girl to deal 35K dmg per hit in part one
Luka as a healer and also to chat.
in part 2
saki as the dancer
lucretia the queen harpy to strike with her spear attacks and also some dances
Alma elma with her martial arts is great but I also made her magician and taoist
shizuku again but in part 2 even withouth LOC equippement she can deal insane amounts of dmg. the only problem is that she is very slow but saki can stun oponents
In preperation for Part 3 I'm playing an new game (first time on hard, so it drags on a bit) . I can't really use my LoC file where I oneshot everything with over 30 million when Part 3 is finally released
and last time I played was over 2 years ago and I had no translation for Part 2, so playin the story while actually understanding it is nice
spend over 45 hours over the weekend and I'm at the part when I had to repell the invasions on the 4 capitals
My team right now is Alice as Dark caster, Kitsu as Ninja and Hilde as Superstar and lowly Apoptosis
I think Apoptosis are the best when it comes to healer/Supporter because of there insane immunity to all status ailments
Kitsu as Ninja deals a good ton of damage but has high SP cost - so a SP Song is mandatory for longer fights
I want to change her with Alma Elma when I get her.. I know it's basically at the end of Part 2 and I hope they don't take her away again like they did in the Grangold infiltration
Only Luka is my problem child in the group .. whatever I do, I can't seem to make him do any decent damage compared to Alice and Kitsu
In my main game I made him into a supportive character who mainly buffs and heals but I really want to see some big numbers from him
He is the main characters after all .. it would not sit right with me making him into a supporter or not using him at all in the main group
And the most taxing part of the Game is it's great job/race system
I feel like I have everyone in my party master Hero, King and Sage/Magic Girl for the sweet SP/HP/MP regeneration (maybe not pure warrior types or Superstars, they are ok with only Hero and King)
maybe that's just me trying to be as good prepared as possible
And I think about starting a new playthough on Hell or even Paradox
this time with Illias because I never really played her story.. never left the first Continent if I choose her .. (but I want to have a file prepared with, because of the different path of the game)
I can always change the difficult back so I don't think it will break me . but I know that it must be incredible hard .. even on Hard difficult some fights take a while
when I imagine that every encounter turns into a small Boss fight and I don't get more XP or anything.. I think I would need 45 hours just to leave for Port Natalia
Or I just stick with Hard mode .. it's a decent challenge compared to normal, but not too hard that everyone sucking your pp oneshots you
What? Why? Luka will always have the talk skill, it's his unique ability. He gets nothing out of being an informant. It's better if other characters are informants so that you have multiple talk actions per turn. Making Luka an informant is redundant.
Nothing in particular. I think he just likes her. She's pretty slow, and has relatively low health for most monsters in the same class. Most of the newer monsters you get around the end of Part 2 are just objectively better. Better stats, and better unique abilities.
Ninja's barely do any damage. Their ability scaling is nonexistant, but they're fast at least. Lots of people using the dancing singing combo. I get that singing is useful for the double exp boost for every fight, but I didn't use them in boss fights. Seems like Alice and the Apoptosis is doing the damage in those fights.
His hero skills have really good damage ratings though? 600% ATK scaling or something like that for one of his abilities. Another one goes up to 1000%. Spear is probably the best weapon on Luca. It gives him speed so he can go faster than his opponent, and it gives him ATK which all of his hero skills scale from.
Honestly, I played the game the first time when Part 1 got translated with Alice, and when Part 2 got translated as Illias. Illias feels more like the main heroine, because she has a lot going on by the end of part 2, and her character growth where she slowly grows to accept monsters was more interesting to see from me than Alice not needing to grow at all.

If we're talking about teams, my team was
Luca, Micaela-chan, Lucifina-chan and Eden.
The 3 angels have the special trait of always being able to use their key weapon. Micaela-chan can always use a spear, Lucifina-chan can always use bows, and Eden can always use heavy spears.
The thing is, Micaela-chan and Lucifina-chan get a 30% damage boost on their weapon skills. This is their unique trait. Eden get's a 50% boost with a higher cost, but who cares that's 50%. SO MUCH!!!!
Micaela-chan, Lucifina-chan and Eden also get increased stats if they're in the party together. Eden especially is kinda stupid since she gets bonus starts for Micaela, Lucifina and Illias being in the party with her.
For example this is Luca at level 60.
Pretty decent. Those stats get almost quadrupled in battle but it takes a few turns for that but there's a stat around 1500 so it means he can usually defeat a normal enemy in one turn.
Now look at Eden.
Oh.. and her spear skills scale off of her Agility. Her base Job of Holy Knight doesn't give her the best spear skills though. You need to job change her into Holy Lancer
If you swap Luca out of your party and make it Illias as the lead, Eden gets EVEN STRONGER
Spear skills scale off of Atk+Agi. If you have abnormally high stats in either field, your spear skills will fucking hurt.
Bow Skills scale off Atk+Dex. Lucifina-Chan's Aura Star usually wipes the enemy turn one. It's 408% (Att+Dex) Yeah that's a + not an or.
If you use your equipment to increase your Dex by 30% Lucifina-chan can take care of everything on her own.
Luca has Eihrenhar so he can revive everyone if he needs to. He can also go Hero of Justice, and his heroism skills do 30% damage( 200% at low health.) He's also a hero of justice and king so I can get the benefit of double stats. Hero of justice gives +50% to all of your stats, and so does King's Authority. King's are honestly broken, doubly so on Luca since he scales like a monster.
If you do the angel's sidequest you get some really powerful passives as well for them as well. An extra +30% on the stats they use for their main abilities.
Other notable characters I remember really liking. Succubus Sara. Her pleasure skills naturally do 60% damage which she can always use. She can also always use Ruling skills, so turning her into a King makes her into a real monster. Her Dexterity has 50% chance of randomly being boosted when she uses Sexcraft skills as well. She's a really powerful boss murderer.
Sexcraft skills are very rarely AOE though, so I didn't use her too much. You only fight one person when you're fighting bosses, but Trance and other sexcraft status effects are super useful.
Promestein. Her magic science was really strong. It had a lot of support uses, and was very power from an offensive point of view as well. It didn't scale the best, and Promestein's agility was slightly too low. So I couldn't keep her in the party though...
Harem. The fact that their attacks hit twice, was amazing. 4 times if it's just a normal basic attack. They build SP stupid fast, and high dex and speed. With trance strike there was usually a good chance I'd get a status effect off just by hitting the attack command. Trinity is good for the same reason, but they have access to Singing skills so they're a bit more support focused. You'll rarely use Trinity's basic attack so you won't get much benefit for their unique passive.
Twinkell. Engineers and Gunners are pretty good in this game. Their weapons give a lot of Dex and sometimes Agi. Twinkell can do 300% damage to enemies that are shocked from her artificial skills so if you put her in the right teamcomp and she gets going she's pretty amazing. She comes with a lot of Jobs learned and the skill Genetic Awakening makes all of them usable for 10 turns, even if you're not in the right class.
Alma Elma. +50% pleasure damage no downsides. She uses fist weapons so she naturally has insanely high speeds, making her martial arts skills stupid powerful. Definitely the best monster in the game.
