So from the blue teleporter/waypoint statue, go up to where you see the wall that's blocked off to the right (it's one you'll have to destroy with the laser when you get it) and then from there use the platforms on the left to go up again. Heading down that path, you'll find yourself in a room with blue slimes all over the walls. Exiting upward one more time will get you a health upgrade, if you haven't been this way before.

A little further to the right you'll see a little pit with two grey girls in it. Above them is what looks like a platform you should be able to jump on, except if you try you'll pass right through it. Shoot that platform instead, and the crates on top of the platform will fall into the little pit area. You can then use those to climb out and move on. Further down that path you will find another one of the key items you need to use to activate those golden statues, like the one that was there in my screenshot
Thank you so much, I really thought there was something to do here and didn't check elsewhere, I'm so dumb

Since there's some talk of the fetishes here. My only disappoint there was the fact that protagonist gets several blowjobs scenes and one riding scene from the cultist. I understand vaginal is already common, though that's why this is noticeable. If there were two types of female zombie one giving a blowjob and the other riding our futa protagonist's dick then the h-content would've been balanced in my opinion. As the way things are, the knight's getting lanced far more often than she's giving her lance.

So, some interesting things I discovered in the gallery.
By the way... the gallery is most likely not finished. I think it's missing a few variations in H-scenes as well as the animation of those kidnapped girls at the end of area 2.

-The PC was originally supposed to be able to fuck the two statues again, going off the animations of her boning them both after they've visually been "seeded".
-The futa zombie girl also has a variation that isn't shown in her in-game scene. I think this is because it looks incomplete and might just be some left-over content the devs decided to include.
-The small slime enemy has 5 variations of its scene based on how many the PC loses to and ends up with them inside her. She'll force that amount of them back out for the second part of the slime's scene. This only seems to cap at five though. Is this one actually in-game?
-The female zombie girl has the most variations in her scene, reaching a total of 7.
-The two versions of those creepy flesh-thingie-bound futa girls (they're futa by the way) are even eerier up-close. Eugh.
-There are a couple of still sprites of what I figure are victims that appear to be submerged in an older version of the giant slime. There could have also been a water level planned, given that there are (sort of) water-bound enemies in the form of those mermaids.

Also, given that the only two things she can top are immobile statues... I think it's safe to say she's not much of a "jousting" type. Hence the big gun to compensate.

Alright, time for my 50 cents on this title. It was a good few hours of my life, definitely entertaining enough to play through if DLC or such gets added.

Pros:
-Incredibly cheap for a title with effort put into it
-Great atmosphere with horror and fantasy elements. The near-ending to the second region was incredibly well done.
-Solid graphics and nice pixel art style
-Female cast have actual boobs and thiccness to 'em
-Smooth animations blend great with sprites, giving an overall fluidity to crisp pixel art.
-Nice atmospheric music, the forest level especially.
-Good PC design. Heavy gunner archetypes aren't a common sight as H-game protags and I appreciate that.
-Game doesn't easily lag, there can be lots of coins spilling out from enemies and it'll keep running fine.
-The PC's weapon feels like it has good impact. The satisfying "POW" sound of enemies dying is always welcome to hear.
-Most of the scenes are 10/10. Hair-armed girl, both zombie variants, fake bush tentacles, big slime, wall creeping girl. Chef's kiss.
-Some H-scenes are done in larger scale 2D artwork, and yes they are still animated.
-Three animated H-scenes depending on the region you die in
-A few would-be bugs have been fixed beforehand. If an enemy H-es the PC while she's going into a door, the H-scene will automatically end. Smart cookies.
-Scenes are broken into several randomised segments lasting a random amount of time. Meaning no scene will ever mirror another. Good idea for longevity!
-Even with your gear maxed, some enemies can still pose a threat.
-All shapes and sizes of enemies with the stats you'd expect from them
-Nothing gross or gory in sight. The way H-games should be.
-I get the feeling they took a page out of Zell23's book. This is good because he's creative and pretty unique in his approach to H-games.

Cons:
-In most areas it's not a problem, but vs certain bosses and hordes of enemies, there is SO. MUCH. SCREEN SHAKING.
-Some scenes are dragged down by their positioning. Two of the smallest final region's enemies block most of the action.
-Lacks little things like basic options, galleries and a map.
-Flying enemies can jump you from under the floor
-Incredibly easy to get lost while exploring. Some unintuitive encounters too, like that one ghost girl chase for instance.
-The second region has spots where it's too dark to properly see the platforms.
-Sometimes enemies and coins get stuck in objects like crates
-The green insect things are so fucking annoying, yeesh.
-There's lore, but it needs to be translated.
-No Boss H-scenes. Given how the "Nekomata" boss looks, that's an absolute crime.
-Missed opportunities to have the futa PC top some of the defeated enemies. Especially the zombie girls who get strewn about everywhere from your dick-powered gun.
-Elements of body horror can be seen in the form of a few bizarre enemies as well as the entirety of the final region.
-Bugs. The red hooded cultist can disable your ability to save, sometimes exiting a door in the final region can spawn you into the wall.
-Yeah, they missed out on the opportunity to have the numerous zombie girls swarm the PC.

Overall, 8.5/10, and a fine addition to my collection. Will become a 9 if it gets those bugfixes and gallery option, and a 9.5 if that gallery has sandbox elements.
I agree with most of this. Most of it is objective as reviews should be but a few points are subjective which is fine but I do have to note that most of those are in the cons than the pros.

I genuinely hope there is more in store for this developer. They ticked just about every box I could ask when it comes to an H-ACT. I knew to be excited by that demo, and since playing that game 3 days ago. I can't get it out of my mind.

Genuinely recommend the purchase, even if your like me and an avid pirate, we need to get more games like this one out there.

Can anyone tell me what this text says? I'm assuming I have to activate this statue to move on, but all I get is this message. I don't seem to be finding any way to progress other than that. The statue is located in a room full of pillars, just after a save/restoration point, and that save point is located just after the large room full of slimes and an alraune (the first I've seen)

Edit: Naturally I find the answer just after posting this. It turns out some platforms need to be shot at rather than jumped on, and it's hard to tell the difference.
anyone know what to do after it? I just added the translation where I found out that it's already active but I've been running around the area with no clue what to do next. there are some blocked off areas (i.e. the 2 chests on the bottom right and the one going to the right in the room where you first meet the giant green plant?

If you've found the two blocked off chests, there's a laser add-on in the same room. Fire the laser with F to destroy the blocks for the chests and the blockade in the room with the first bug spawner.
Make sure you recharge the laser as you head back to the barricade, it only recharges when shooting enemies and environmental shootables.

Gallery is the fourth statue along the bottom row of teleport statues in town, and it unlocks after you kill the final boss. If you respawn the final boss, the gallery will lock again, so be careful.

Ah I see. I pulled a stupid. I copied the data files over thinking it was the save files when instead the actual save files were stored somewhere else. All I achieved was copying over the more recent version with the buggy version I had.

In my opinion, it seems more like a product whose success (critical or "commercial") was unexpected (in these numbers at least), leading the devs to go back to all the plans and "features" they had scraped to get it out.

Well, it would be interesting to see what comes up with a big update, because honestly, although it's been quite some time since I've seen a h-game with actually fun gameplay and superb animations, I found the animation's variety lacking, ESPECIALLY considering the horror atmosphere the game has, five blowjobs? no cunnilingus? nothing anal at all? for deformed horror monsters, the enemies were fairly vanila in their ways of raping the enemy.
Even that two parted girl in the last level, I was so sure something impressive was going to happen, but then it's just the lower part fucking MC while the top gives emotional support.
But it's still far above the 99% of h-games out there that are just generic thug/orc/goblin rape all over. Guy certainly deserves support, might have gone this way out of this fear he has that people weren't going to like it.

It does certainly push my preferences at times, but I'd be fine if he made another title in a similar strain to Setaria. So long as there's a decent mix of standard monster girl types alongside these freaky abomination girls. Spooky Sadako-style girls are fine though, keep bringing those in. But yeah. Much as I enjoyed the talent in Setaria, a more body horror-orientated sequel would probably push me away from buying. The keyword there is probably, because I'd still be interested in checking out the demo at the very least.

Not unlike Fate Grand Order and the Fate series in general. To those not in the know, Fate started out as porn.

More recently, hentai artist Boichi hit it big mainstream with Sun-Ken Rock, then Dr Stone.
