Ohhh...
See, I never actually owned Contra 1, and I haven't played any of the Contra games in years, so I didn't know the characters' names at all. Well then, I guess I'll have to come up with a riddle now.
I think I'll go with a game that was both obscure and pretty crappy.
Little pink dragon found in the road.
Looks to the east to its tower abode.
A brave knight sets forth in armor of blue
He and his dolls, plus his fairy friend too.
He travels along, roaming both far and wide.
He encounters a merc, dragon sister at side.
At long last comes he to his goal; to the tower.
He delivers the babe, then is faced with dark power.
Now in his way stands a god of the dark
(This bastard's bite is as strong as his bark).
The merc and his sis arrive to defeat
The dark god but fail to prevent his retreat.
On our hero goes to collect mighty gear
To fight the last battle, a monster of fear.
This beast, great and tall, by the dark god unsealed,
It goes to display the great power it wields.
While little babe dragon and knight fight the fiend,
The merc fights the god with great sword most keen.
A terrible turn, the knight and babe fall,
The dark monster's magic has conquered them all!
But then, by a miracle, the two do revive.
They weaken the fiend, his power survive!
The dark god is slain, as is his great demon.
Our story has ended (or so it is seemin').
Oh yeah, and the fairy becomes a full-sized woman.
Sorry it's so long. The game is, as I said, a bit obscure, but more importantly, as an RPG it's just so friggin' generic that I figured I'd give as much detail as possible to improve the chances that at least SOMEBODY will know what game I'm talking about. =P
