This inspired me to go look at my own amazon order of it.

They're all gone. There is one avaliable, for $400 USD.

If they cancel my order, heads will roll.

I found out somebody didn't hate me after all today. I feel a bit better now. Not teeming with love, but im not hated as much. Thats a good thing. kind of.

What's the most akward way to meet a highschool friend after six years?

At work normally wouldn't rate, but that's different at this job.

Of course, it's worse for them as I just work here. I think it's funnier than hell.

You should have gave them a wink, a pat on the bum, and "Nice to see ya"

Or a "Hey, remember that time you didn't give me the answer on that test? Yeah, I wonder how the high detail security camera will look on youtube and facebook."
Which is ESPECIALLY funny if that test situation never happened

I played Dungeons and Dragons again since about..5 years ago. Been a long time, i forgot how much i missed it.

I just picked up my copy of Marvel vs Capcom 3 today. ^_^ I was so excited to play, I just jumped into arcade mode without knowing any moves. I ended up button mashing so hard that my wrist hurt! x.x :eek: Yeah, I know I'm not very good at video games.

Not heard good things about Risen. The PC version is better, but honestly the only good things I've heard are from people who refuse to acknowledge anything outside their narrow corridor of 'good' as being decent to play.

I like it. The buttons are a bit awkward on the 360, but the storyline isn't that bad so far. It's not linear, not really. And the choices you make determine what happens to the Island you're on.

I don't like the sheer amount of healing potions I've been having to gulp down, but I'm guessing it'll be better when i finally have some armor on.

I'm just starting to realize this, but participating in a professional office environment (when there isn't any problem casuing frustration) is very refreshing.

Risen was made by a German team called Piranha Bytes, which also created the first 3 Gothic games (not Arcania though, they lost the rights to the Gothic name to their publisher). I don't think the games are that known outside of Germany, but if you like Risen, you may want to pick up Gothic 1 and / or 2 if you get the chance. It's very much more of the same.

Of course, if Risen is as relentless as Gothic, you better watch your ass. It was completely possible to just up and walk into the end game area right from the start - you just got slaughtered when you did so.
