Hi , I have download [Visual C Runtimes all in one] for this game and and locale emulator for trying to start in japenese locale + execution administrator but this not work on my windows 10

i'm not sure if this help but did you have your locale system in france or something? i mean sure you got those locale emulator thing (i never use that thing and i never have any problem with JP games) but let just say "just to be safe" go and change your locale system to JP also, and by that not from trash Window10 setting but from good old control panel one, google it for more.

no trojan warning here whatsoever, did window defender give the false warning? or something else did?
if you feel unsafe, just take it from other source.

No, you have to start the relevant level and then use the door that appears on the left. The final stage has two doors, one for each version of the boss.

assuming this "christianity meter" you refer is the "pregnancy level" then no, it only goes up and cannot be lower down.

If you are finding the bosses difficult, you can perform the sliding attack repeatedly without releasing the down button. Even if you run out of health, you won't actually die unless you release the controls. That way you'll defeat the boss, unlocking the next level, and view the boss GOR event.

every single stages have at least 1 secret enemy that you can find, i no longer remember where each stages located exactly.

if i remember correctly, extra doesn't have secret enemy in it.
for stage 1 i don't remember where exactly but try to hit the ceiling whenever you can or see the opporunity, i've been doing exactly that when i play and manage to find each and every one of it.
