ACT Shota [ExcessM] 廻るハゴコロ / Mawaru Hagokoro (RJ325142)

To be fair it would double his art workload without likely doubling audience.

The problem is that if you don't have that particular fantasy,
It'll never not boggle the mind why people play an adult game they have no sexual interest in. I guess people just do it.

Oh, I DO have interest! His driving fantasy is very close to my fantasies.

His is: A small hero fights against a horde of beautiful women who are trying to kill him and who willingly and often use their sexuality as a weapon to dominate him and make it impossible for him to fight.
Mine is: A hero fights against a horde of beautiful women who are trying to kill him and who willingly and often use their sexuality as a weapon, but he overcomes them and (can) force them to submit.

Growing up with media that freely depicted sexy enemies but then left you no other option other than murder planted a pretty solid desire for games like this. There's also strong elements in his games already; beating enemies rips their clothes and makes them cry out, and in this game they moan and struggle at low health. Which is exactly what I'm looking for except the mechanic to capitalize on that isn't there.

Like super_slicer said though, it'd be a lot of work and the dude's got me already, so why bother? It's just so close it can feel frustrating.

Lol. Blueballed XD
I feel your pain.

Honestly, a game with that mechanic would probably make bank.

sounds like what you want, except that the enemies have no intention of killing the hero.

The newest post is very short and talks about a specific surprise event that can happen. The protagonist can stumble into a womens bath while looking for enemies, and the women will not take too kindly to it so they punish him for it, which will weaken him. This starts the battle with the enemy he was looking for, leaving him with a disadvantage. About two weeks until release, the hype can definitely be felt by now.

Great game, helped me to transition from a strict male on female to a more balanced palette way back. It is not specifically what the other guy was talking about though. Yes, losing in this game will lead to a rape or reluctant sex scene depending on the enemy, but winning will not lead to the protagonist raping the enemy in revenge, it just leads to consensual sex since the enemies really just want to breed and don't care whether they are top or bottom while it happens. The progaonist is as gentle as he can be with them if he wins, and most of the losing scenes are pretty tame too, with the protagonist quickly being ok with it happening in most scenes.

I don´t understand a thing on how to play this game, can´t prevent any attack. and after I got released from an attack the character seems stunned and can´t move, but no info about that.

when i first played the demo the game plays like parade buster so it should be somewhat easy to block and dodge attacks unless the battles changed in the newer demo and its not like parade buster anymore

Wow the difficulty of the game just spiked. Now if girls take there cloths off you take damage over time as you are stunned. Glad I said I'm playing the game on normal first as spongy as bosses and some of the normal enemies are I don't want to know how bad it would be if I did not know a map.

Having played Parade Buster religously and still from time to time go back I can most definitely tell you that Hagokoro does not play like it in terms of overall combat. The counter system in Parade Buster was pretty generous to the player and allowed invincibility even on the highest difficulty. Hagokoro is different, you gotta beat the hoards of enemies quickly or they will swarm you stun you and at the very least lower your health before a boss which could be fatal later in the game. You get invincibility frames but unlike Parade buster when you counter you use stamina and it will leave you vulnerable if you counter too much rather than help you stay invincible like Parade Buster. Overall the game on the surface may appear similar but the dynamic of the game play changed.

It talks about some graphical enhancements using shadows and modified temptation mechanics.

I like how Excessm is adding some final touches, with the amount of time he's given himself.
An unexpected change and a welcomed one, since most if not all his art in his games have used mostly flat coloring.
I say it adds a lot for the girls faces.

talks about the added features compared to the trial version.

Lot's of little quality of life stuff, polish and configuration possibilities to a pretty impressive degree.

The newest post is a nice overview over the more recent additions. I am really happy about the number of scenes sitting at 50, which is even higher than Yumes number of scenes, and with only 27 enemies, which means if some enemies don't have several fights with their own loss events each then almost 50% of the total events would be non combat loss related ones. While I think this is unlikely given that the boss in the demo already has 2, it is still pointing towards quite a few scenes that you don't have to lose for. With the release day being merely a weak away it gets really hard to not succumb to the hype at this point.

While there's been plenty of info put into the OP already, I'd like for it to outright contain the information required by the rules in a more clear manner before I move this over, please.

Well played the first few levels and it's pretty fun.
Messy, but fun. I do like the franticness of it - makes it a more challenging Parade Buster really.
