Awww, sorry Ronny. *huggles and gives cookies* Did Loopy ever improvise? Butch does and it amuses me to no end. He also learned half of his songs from my *other* cockatiel, Elvis, including the Steeler's fight song and the theme to the X-men cartoon...
Yeah, he came up with some weird shit sometimes, I mean he hung upside down more than right side up. Hence his name, Loopy. He also doubled as an alarm clock, when my mom would uncover him in the morning he would start yelling get up boys to me and my brother. Much better than any other alarm clock I've ever had.
Then there was Jody who kept yelling that a cat was coming, the odd part being we had no cat. They both knew the themes to Star Wars and Legend of Zelda and sang them together.
I hated my bird. It wasn't even mine. I couldn't hide from it. It pecked at me until I bled as a kid and my family just thought it was funny, I'd run downstairs screaming and it would down the stairs at me.
Maybe that's why I like our cat so much. It killed it.
'sides, it's only birds and bees. Land creatures love me. Other aerial creatures love me too.
Maybe it's cuz I never got told about birds and the bees as a kid. I still have no idea what it's about. Maybe that 'birds and the bees' story is a warning to make sure to watch out for killer birds and bees.
