I work from 3 to 11 today, just enough time to miss all of the game.

I would offer to swap places with ya Copper, but I'm pretty sure your boss(es) would notice they were down 1 woman but up 1 man.
I'd also offer to switch with Newbie, but I don't have a clue as to what you do. Except that it has something to do with retail, I'd assume by the picture you posted.

I just don't understand how people can sit there and watch sports at home on a television screen.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I either have to be participating in the sport, or in the stadium to enjoy it. Just watching it on a television screen, no matter the size, just doesn't do it for me.

How can you enjoy it when there's so much useless noise going around you. Personally, I hate being in crowds, and sports events are crowded.

I think the useless noise can be a part of the appeal. Last year during the World Cup, I tried to get out to the local bar as much as possible because it was crowded and full of people watching the games. It's kind of hard to describe, but there's something about having everybody collectively going "Yay!" or "Fuck you refs!" at the same time that vastly improves the experience, at least for me.

I don't really watch too much sports though, other than march madness and the occasional soccer match. I barely know who's playing in the super bowl.

I used to like going to sporting events but I can't honestly handle the crowds very well anymore. I was practically flipping out when I went to the Super Bowl last year. Of course I don't usually watch the games anyways, I actually prefer to listen on the radio.

We, on the other hand, get about 12 °C (53 °F) for almost the whole week in fucking February.

I hope you don't mean that's a problem, lol, though above average IIRC.

But still on the subject of crowds, it's probably just how some people are, I know I'm not alone, but all that yelling and stuff just hits a part of my brain that makes me very uncomfrortable and tense up. I don't think it's anything I'll every grow to like, or maybe even used to. It really isn't even an opinion, but just something that's a part of me.

Downside to eating all that superbowl food - massive heartburn. Worse I've ever had, I swore it was a heart attack before I realized what was going on x.x

What the fuck Pittsburgh? You had so many chances to win last night, so fucking many and you pissed it all away with shitty playing.

Green Bay deserved the win last night simply for playing better, and I hate that I have to admit that.

Yeah the mix of lots of nachos and beer had me feeling the heartburn too. Though I think that was one of the most enjoyable superbowls I've seen in a long while, I hate that the Steelers lost as well. I'm out 20 bucks because of the game.

No, I'm a coonass. I just live in an area full of cheeseheads, which I now have to listen to brag for the rest of the year. I guess that's what I get for bragging all last year.

I forgot how much i hate the original Resident evil on the playstation 1. Zombies can absorb 10 rounds from a Beretta. Fuuuuuu i forgot how annoying this truly was.

I know! I know! I keep telling myself that but my Killing floor and serious sam instincts start screaming "MURDER THEM ALL". I may need to grab a faq too...just for pointers or tips...I heard RE2 was a huge improvement, but i want to TRY to beat 1..even though im completely lost..
