Odd, the only thing I experienced in FO3 on the PC was lag in Rivet City market place, everything else ran smoothly.
Okay, so I was writing a massive post someplace else. The largest post I have ever written. It's the intro for a story, and like three pages of word long. The window got messed up and I lost all but the first half page of it!

I almost just did that exact same thing! I was writing up an update for an RP, and when I got finished, I knew I had timed out. So I wanted to copy it to make sure it wouldn't get lost. But I hit the shift key by accident and it all disappeared! I just stared at the screen in horror for a few moments until I realized right click has an "undo option" Thank god for UNDO!! Whew!

I tend towards a more quite sort of angry, but I'm tempted to start yelling.
