OPP at least have spare tires in their cruisers, so I'm assuming the same would go for RCMP, especially in a detachment as small as Red Deer (That particular detachment would get less budget regardless of being a federal force). As for my reply though, it'll come tomorrow at some point, cause I'm feeling like utter shit right now, and can't be damned to think of a good reply.

Given from what I've seen of that hold in that position, it wouldn't be her neck he was biting. Thought you'd prefer more of a fighting chance, but if you'd like me to change it and speed it up, that's fine.

Vincent's full name is Vincent Timothy Malone, and yes, I realize that isn't Russian at all. Also, +rep to the first person (except Copper, who was my last +rep) who can tell me what's amusing about that name. I had to point it out to the man who made him originally, it was a complete accident XD
