Lila curiously tries on the Giga Grope bra. She then squeaks as it squeazes her breasts together, securing them. She feels a sudden rush of strength. She begins to smile. "Hhh-hnnn..... What is the catch?" The MOIC responds. "The catch is that if you happen to be milked with it on, it will grow the shape of a one piece bikini. Things.... don't turn out well in that instance though. So be careful."

The three nod, then exit out of the shop. They then exit through the other door. This leads to a brand new hallway. A couple of Warrior Nurses speak with each other, their backs turned so they couldn't see them.

A.) Try to sneak past.

B.) Get their attention.

A. This is one of the few choices where I can't see any benefit at all to the alternative.
Unless it's like a "get their attention by jumping them from behind and dominating them into submission for interrogation"
If that were the case, that would be choice action.

The three of them look to the nurses, then Kanami and Lila decide to use their small forms to sneak past their line of sight, ducking behind syrum tables. Blue decided to morph into a puddle to keep from being detected. Together, they seem to hit a crossroad. The nurses completely unaware of them. There is a door ahead which reads "Doctor's Office". This would be the only way to go, but it seems there is something behind a large vending machine. Maybe another way out?

A.) Use the bra power!

B.) Doctor's office

A. One of the main selling points of the giga-bra was the ability to create alternate routes through the building. I feel the need to capitalize!

Also, we don't exactly know what the bra is capable of yet. We have the element of surprise here if it's violent (crashes? explosions? wall-rending?).
If it's non-violent (slide the vending machine aside and pry open a plate) we're extra-golden.
Even if it's quirky (summons a Breast Elemental or something) we're sure to find good use. Either way: we get to know the capabilities of an item we're holding. Very useful for later.

Lila begins to look around, then lift up the machine. The warrior nurses have their attention caught now. Lila yells out. "Get under. They spotted us!" Blue and Kanami run deep into the dark new room. But they aren't aware that the nurses then catch Lila by the bust, massaging it.

"Ghhnhhhnnn!"

One nurse speaks to the other. "Hmm.... It seems she has the Giga Grope Bra on... I wonder how it'd act if it grows around her body...." The other grins to Lila as her breasts are still massaged. "P-please.... hhhhah.... It makes me sensitive...."

A.) Wait for the right time to drop the machine so the nurses won't get hurt.

B.) Call for Kanami and Blue's help.

Lila squeaks out, her large globes squishing around. "KYAAAA!!! Kanami! Blue!!!" Lila pants heavily, looking to the vending machine. Her tummy tensed up. The two nurses then bend down, suckling on her nipples.

Blue looks to the situation, giggling slightly, but then uses tendrils to pull them off, letting Lila's breasts free. Her bra seems to go down her midsection slightly now.

Kanami then joins Blue then pulls Lila into the dark room with them. The vending machine crashing and leaving the nurses outside of the room.

Inside, there seems to be a Recover Pickup for Lila. Whenever her mind would break, she is restored with full milk power, but only once. It seems to light up the place though and faint growling noises and shadows are heard.

A.) Make the room dark and obtain the pickup

B.) Continue onward, using the pickup as a lamp of sorts.

C.) Blue gropes Lila powerfully to see if milk comes out from under the bra.
