The wiki is pretty thorough with locations and enemies, in case you think you've missed something (like the extra 3 evolutions, pokemon-like).
...and the rest - I should have another pass at descriptions with the wiki open; many things I was clueless what they actually did.

I might have a good idea to implement Latin names in the battle messages so they won't screw the text twice over.
In the meanwhile, I've marked down my doubts about my choices of names; I could use some insight:

Sneak edit: I'll just post the whole mod_scripts directory, since I've lost track of which mods I've tinkered with. That's probably for Plains&Hills, skillshop + cotton. You might need some material from the insert+ mod, namely 200722統合パッチ.
In the bag: the above stuff (so battles stay clean), and some more work on vocab, as well as cooking support.
Not much interest for Rhapsodia (beside mine oc), I reckon, and as I thought I should call it a wrap for the next year or two.
To the few faithful Succubi lovers who'll read this: enjoy!

sneak edit #2: I ended up revising skills (and a few holds), out of OCD and concerns about many that were stealth-edited.
I'll include my skills mod (gives a chance for any enemy to learn random hold moves). Just move/delete the file from mod_scripts when you don't want it anymore.

I tried the most recent file you added to your post for the translation of the modded 200720 game. But whenever i start it up i get the errors:
"undefined method `UK_name' for nil:NilClass"

and

"スクリプト '初期設定' の 24 行目で NoMethodError が発生しました。"
"undefined method `map_id' for nil:NilClass".

Start over from a 100% clean Rhapsodia, handpick your mods like I did. Or learn Ruby. Best advice/help I can provide, really.

OK, forgive the rudeness in advance. But ignoring someone is the worse lack of respect, in my opinion.

Kindly ask yourself the following questions before pinging an user and/or bumping a thread:
1- Have I read the thread properly? My question(s) might already have been answered.
2- Can I be useful? Will my post add new information? Do I have any willingness, and capacity, to help the community?
3- Will I be a bother? Has the contributor stated his current endeavour? Answering you might waste time better spent elsewhere - for both you and the related game(s).

These are obviously correlated to the rules - just my interpretation, though. #8 included, but not only.
Exceptions imo could include users gone AWOL for long, without stating what they'd do. Maybe one just needed that little word of encouragement, or this show of enthusiasm for the game, to rekindle the flame. All the better, if you are eager and itching to help.
Also consider the simple, underrated 'thank you'.

- if the hints in there weren't enough, most of my free time in the foreseeable future will go towards helping SnStep, until the English patch is out, or he tells me off, or I'm 110% sure I cannot be of any more help (since typos exist, the latter won't happen). I'm booked! And boy do I wish that in return next SQDT game will tickle my fancy the same way ye good ol' ones have!

NVM, the game version for the patch was mentioned in the spoiler tag in the link that I qoute. Since it was flagged as a spoiler, I haven't really open any since I haven't tried my hands on the game or even finished it yet.

Sneak edit: I'll just post the whole mod_scripts directory, since I've lost track of which mods I've tinkered with. That's probably for Plains&Hills, skillshop + cotton. You might need some material from the insert+ mod, namely 200722統合パッチ.
In the bag: the above stuff (so battles stay clean), and some more work on vocab, as well as cooking support.
Not much interest for Rhapsodia (beside mine oc), I reckon, and as I thought I should call it a wrap for the next year or two.

sneak edit #2: I ended up revising skills (and a few holds), out of OCD and concerns about many that were stealth-edited.
I'll include my skills mod (gives a chance for any enemy to learn random hold moves). Just move/delete the file from mod_scripts when you don't want it anymore.

OK, forgive the rudeness in advance. But ignoring someone is the worse lack of respect, in my opinion.

Kindly ask yourself the following questions before pinging an user and/or bumping a thread:
1- Have I read the thread properly? My question(s) might already have been answered.
2- Can I be useful? Will my post add new information? Do I have any willingness, and capacity, to help the community?
3- Will I be a bother? Has the contributor stated his current endeavour? Answering you might waste time better spent elsewhere - for both you and the related game(s).

These are obviously correlated to the rules - just my interpretation, though. #8 included, but not only.
Exceptions imo could include users gone AWOL for long, without stating what they'd do. Maybe one just needed that little word of encouragement, or this show of enthusiasm for the game, to rekindle the flame. All the better, if you are eager and itching to help.
Also consider the simple, underrated 'thank you'.

You have your list wrong. Restart from scratch, and apply the correct mods, this time.
edit: please, before any and all report, start back from the base version, and carefully note the mods you've installed. Write down the exact files you've integrated, and do, not, lie. Please. I might get around to update my previous efforts, but hell if I know it's gonna be a pain in places I'd rather not have them remind me they exist.

The question you would probably ask now is, in that case, why is theirs working and not yours? I don't know, I can't ask them.

Obviously you don't have to go back and check those mods yourself, nor should you be expected to, and the onus is on me to install them correctly. I THINK I have, and this is the first instance of the game showing any sort of error. I am not going to reinstall those mods, for this I can definitely be accused of being too lazy. But sincerely, thank you for translating the game, it was pretty damn good.

Well, don't do it then? Actually that command_111 does not exist in my (old, but later) version, so I already had proof your facts were incorrect. But no matter, this ain't a witch hunt. Knowing I'll have more KGC_ stuff to deal with ain't no good news for little ol' me I'd really wish they left the sensible bits (aka interpreters) alone.

Good luck in the meanwhile, getting these mods to work can be very taxing, all the more when we easily lose track of what we've been doing - like you and me

Ah, if you manage a 100% working version, the components'll be useful to share for the community. I don't have one myself as of right now.
As for me, one of these days, I'll probably download the latest plains&hills, the assocciated patches, and then struggle until either the code yields or I finally go insane. I'm not in much of a rush for the latter to happen And if you look into the thread, you'd see how much support I/we've gotten so far, in five years


edit: what an idiot I am - I forgot to check the core code! command_111_KGC_Base_Rainforce does exist. Double-check if any other succubus but Invidia does this, and if it's just her, then she's undefined and you'll have to trace back where she should be. The issue is probably located in PR_RPG_SDB（種族値・設定用）.rb (cases 345,382).
If she's correctly defined there, you'll have to search further - like her map event, or more likely, her Troop and the bits of code that calls for her Enemy/SDB data.
That should be obvious, but remember to move (not copy) everything in Mod_Data towards the master /data folder, or you won't see a thing in RPGMXP. Plus it speeds everything up. I'll give ya a 'oh!' as an heads-up. Good luck!

It's the first instance of the game showing errors because you are at a point in the game where bugs start to grow plentiful (which some were fixed in later MOD versions). I do not remember which areas the MODs + @Strange's translation get funky. You'll havta wait for his decision to finish another translation for a more recent build OR try and fix it yourself :3. Invidia will be the first of many fixes you'll need done if you wanna stick with the current translation, sooo good luck.

What I read above suggests you guys aren't using my files the way I intended (for different reasons).
And that would evidence, in short, that I suck at explaining Well, not a surprise, I was told that before.
I'll try and remedy to this. Here's what I've done with the recent-ish P&H mod:

Step by step:
- I've extracted a fresh new copy of the base game.
- I went to the wiki to check what files I should grab for the kick-ass Plains&Hills
So I went and installed, in that order:

Then I moved everything in Mod/Mod_Data to /Data. Overwrite all.
Actually this step is important for a system script I wrote, which should make a pop-up appear next time you start the game. No biggie if you don't, you'll just have more Japanese displayed,that's all (mostly the stats, etc.).

Game works fine at this point. Kudos to the quality modders.
(took Fulbeua out, went straight to Invidia. No problem.)

After, I went to my old Rhapsodia folder and copied these to the new folder:

The other files I provided (the ones with mostly Japanese names) were edited for a specific mod combination (which we will call a mystery at this point). You can definitely keep them for reference, to compare them with the new Japanese one, and try to do the same I did (or even better!). But they're likely all obsolete and not compatible.

Game still works ALMOST without a single hitch, much to my own surprise.

With a mostly English interface, to boot. Also pretty much every item, skill and succubus that existed back then is translated. Yes, they could be (much) better.
I went for the end-game content, and did notice I was missing some more skills and names. Meh.
(again, no issue with Invidia - at all)

So, for the issues I saw: 1) abilities crash the game, and 2) I broke the system options.

making abilities browsable is easy. Open \Mod\Mod_Scripts\O_MOD_RPG_Ability_素質・設定用.rb or ctrl+shift+F for:

It's line 26 now. Go to the empty line 27, write or C/P

Voila, it's done, it's all it takes. Abilities are now mostly English in-game and browsable.

The Port option to learn/edit abilities will be more complicated to figure. I'll need the time to take a closer look.
...and I'm pretty sure it's them and not me. Same scene_box error with a new clean install, none of my files, and the "clear save" from the wiki. Well, damn.

rem or delete

and every associated line. That's over 600 of them. You can search for the next class: class Window_BattleLog < Window_Base
An easy way to do that is to add without quotes:
"=begin" in a line right before "class Window_SystemLeft < Window_Base"
"=end" in a line right before "class Window_BattleLog < Window_Base"

That, and revert to the Japanese, or translate PR_Window_SystemLeft.rb yourself. For the time being.

I hope I've covered all the bases that were lacking.
As for the current issues, it's unlikely I'll fix anything anytime soon. I'd rather not make promises I might not keep

Idk if you were including me, but I'm only reminiscing about what I remember back when I played the version I mentioned before. Soo I might come across as forgetful. I only mentioned the MOD bugs and didn't remember what kind of bugs your translation had still lingering around (mostly skill and system stuff as you said I assume). I honestly have no idea what fate lies for anyone who plays past Invidia or during any other earlier parts with old MOD versions. I made my own translation, using your translation as reference and everything worked perfectly fiiine.

The game isn't in popular demand for an official translation or fixes though, I don't think it'll be worth the work. If you wanna go for it later on, respecttttt
