While I'd love the effect of having to actually defend ourselves, I think we better wait until the monsters are all fixed and non-buggy first.

Joking aside, I now has full minecraft account but have noticed an odd twitch in the graphics of my parent's main computer (This being the best comp and can run Starcraft 2 on low-medium settings) It seems to freeze for a very short time and about every 2-3 seconds of ingame time. It's downright annoying, as I've lowered game settings to fast and mouse sensativity to 50% and it still happens, even with draw distance at tiny.

Also, IP for ULMF server? Halls of Mountain Kings do not make self!

EDIT: Even better, I get video card problems trying to open it on my craptop x,x

Bad video card drivers!

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

Eh, my sister's comp USED to do that, but it got fixed... somehow... IDR... Oh wait, I think it means you have the wrong version of net framework, yeah, that's it.

Be sure that your version of Java is up to date. One of the more important things for Minecraft. Suposedly it's actually posible to run Minecraft without a graphics card at all. Not sure how to help you.

Actually, odd thing I realized last night. I can play it in the browser but not the aplication you can DL for it o,o odd right?

Considering that GUI of any kind isn't really possible without a GPU, I'll have to conclude that that's impossible. I think you mean without separate graphics card as opposed to integrated card.

My sisters comp has integrated graphics and runs it fine on lower settings.

And lurker, try updating your .net framework, or maybe unupdating it, don't remember which version is needed.

Alright, zombies, impotent skeletons and silent creepers are going poof until bows start working. Also, PVP is likewise going poof. I'll update the first post with the server address as well.

This was only something a youtube review/lets-play uploader stated in his video, but yeah, he must have been talking about not having a dedicated graphics card. He said something about Java handling most of the graphics itself or something, but I'm not sure if that makes sense and my memory's getting increasingly vague.

As soon as damage and health is working properly, we have got to get us a colosseum. I assume GM's have a way of spawning mobs right? We can place bets on how many zombies it takes to lynch Bartnum. ^_^

Well, there's no /spawn command or anything, but I can summon mob spawners. That's a good idea Squid, but will need to make it enclosed so that the sunlight doesn't burn the zombies.

Probably an under ground arena then. Or built into the side of a mountain or some such. Plenty of options. We can use rune craft doors to release set numbers and waves of opponents and everything. I also just realised we don't have a spleef stadium, or even field. I'm sure it's possible. Whilst not perfect, a diamond shovel should chop up dirt quick enough to have a decent game.

I'm suddenly in the mood for building again. I'm starting to conjure plans for a combined Spleef court/Combat pit. Shame it's 2am.

Well, I had a rather large pool made in a gap in my mountain. Since I had kind of hit a dead end with what I wanted to do with it, I figured it could be turned into the colosseum. It's a fairly wide open area, and it's not hard to put a roof over top. Currently there's a lightstone runecrafted door leading in, feel free to do whatever with it.

Ah wonderful, that might do nicely. I'll have a good look at it latter then.

And whilst being able to live without the need to sleep might be handy, there are things in my dreams which I must must maintain vigilance against also. If I left them unchecked, lord knows what they might start plotting.

I'm gonna brave the frozen wastes creeping the town to create a small mountainhome. I could always add the arena to a room of that :3

I have traveled far beyond the frozen wastes and found a tropical land. I have staked a small claim in this new land, you should be able to see my homestead from space given the amount of torches I've covered the area in.

Yah, it was down for several hours after I noticed a maniditory update had been applied, but I didn't have time to update it (I was literally on my way out the door when I noticed). It's updated now, but Runecraft hasn't been made compatable yet.

By the way, Maiko? When you usually on? I was gonna request some netherstone and Lightstone for a few of my rooms. About 1 stack of lightstone and 2 stacks of netherstone should do for starters. What's the exchange rate? I can supply a lotta cobblestone or smooth stone strait from the excavation sights of making mountainhome :p
