So today when I was in the parking lot I saw this guy filling up his car with fuel. Usually that would be pretty normal, other than the whole not going to the gas station deal. But ya know, sometimes people like to be hip and do it themselves. That's fine. It was this little boxy yellow car, and the fuel was this red juicy looking liquid that he was pouring from a plastic carton. I swear it looked just like this guy was pouring kool-aid fruit punch into his car. And I'm standing there and staring just thinking to myself. In my mind, it's like the car is animated like from that movie "Cars" and going "Ohhh yeaahh!!!"

My little niece came running downstairs while I was babysitting earlier, screaming there was a ghost outside her window. I didn't believe her but I still went up to investigate what had her so scared. Turns out there was a huge barn owl sitting right outside the window just looking in and hooting. It took a little convincing on my part but I finally got her to believe it wasn't a ghost.

I would find that pretty cool, though. We've got an owl that hangs out in our yard. We have to pay attention to when it's around because we have a small white dog, hehe.
Also, much fangirl squeeing giddiness! I found out that one of my favorite Dynasty Warriors voice actors is going to be at Anime Boston this year! With any luck, I will get to meet the man behind the great Meng Huo and the smexy smexy Xiahou Dun! Hooooaaah!

Yeah barn owls can be a little creepy looking if you don't know what it is sitting there in the dark. They can also be pretty funny though since they can pretty much turn their head upside down to look at things.

Also barn owls can make you paranoid when you know one is there somewhere, and it believes the area belongs to it, swooping down at anyone that ventures within range. (at my grandma's house.)

Finally, I managed to make a theme for here that isn't overly sexual and uses the absence of an image to add some style to it. I forgot I could do that.

Before I can tell everyone what made me feel Giddy today, I must go back, and explain all the details leading up to it. It all began.... (Dramatic Flashback)
So, I am fairly new to the world of non-flash pornographic games, and I'm browsing through ULMFs archive of wonderful goodies, all full of wonders(And horrors) ripe for the picking. Everything was new, and there were no restrictions apart from the time it took me to left click a link and wait out the download. My first target was "Battle Fucker something or another" because the name perplexed me ever so slightly.
Looking at the thread, I said, "Oh, ok, let's give this a whirl." Two hours later I return to my finished downloads, and extract the folders, "WHAT, THE TEXT IS GIBBERISH!" Oh well, maybe it will work anyways. It didn't. And so I came to learn of Japanese Unicode, and the restrictions it brought to me. Shit sucked, because although I followed a guide to change my unicode settings to match up with the game, I didn't have the fonts and characters needed installed, nor anyway to install them.
I discovered, to my disappointment, many, many triple-A Japanese pornographic games out of reach, grasp, and possession. Which was about two thirds of the stuff there to begin with. Zoom to present day fifteen minutes before I'm writing this: Every couple of months I will occasionally try out some of the threads that look like they're too moonspeakian to work for me, out of a dazed sense of hope that I'll find the amazing triple-A production Asian game that I never got to play, in a format compatible with my system.
I open BeaTleS Illusion Games thread. He's obviously a Hentai Dumper of some sort from my perspective, but I decided to try one of the games from the thread, because the thread implied that they were all "English Versions". So I downloaded Artificial Girl 2, remembering the title from the series from somewhere before and being interested by the premise(I'm pretty sure I was mistaken and thinking of another game, but that's besides the point.) I installed it after so much waiting for DepositFiles to work, and it appears to be legitimately working, despite the garbled gibberish and random text that appears in the installation stage of setup. So, theoritically, all of the games from that thread, Illusion games mind you, will work.
This, makes me happy.
