RPG Maker is top-down view.
How do you show something like this, in RPG Maker?
This could be not a part of gameplay but actually an animated cutscene, just of the same kind like all those porn animations.

ahhhh Usually by now he has a webpage for the game made up with more information then a release date. He said before years end it would release but with each day and no information.. I can feel the delay coming

Dieselmine's a circle.
There's at least 3 people working on each individual project.

It's probably better to use they in this case.

Also their Summer Last Memories game took a long time before we got extra information. That game got delayed like 4 times.
Pixel Artist is driven but he tends to overestimate his abilities and the time it takes to put out high-quality work. It's better to just expect delays when it comes to this group. Especially if this pixel artist is involved.

The primary pixel artist is L_Buffer. , who was also the guy primarily responsible for Milking Farm. This game won't have any CG like the last one, so all of the art is on one dude pretty sure.

If i had to guess he's probably been working on this since the end of MF, but if you go by the rate that other pixel artists like Zell or Poring go at, yeah it probably is going to be a while longer since this game was announced only a short while ago.

It's still a team project tho... He's not doing the programming, marketing, music, and miscellaneous art like special icons, unique tile elements and stuff like that.
The Ci-En belongs to the circle, and the twitter that gives new information also does. Just makes sense to refer to them as they, when they're clearly making sure they present themselves as a team.

Yes, delayed till next year, as expected.
It's not on purpose. I'm pretty sure they were 100% aiming for 2020. Time management and all that is just not their strong suit, but they were definitely aiming for 2020. I feel like forgoing CGs was probably their attempt at speeding up the process.

i know there's definitely multiple individual involve in Dieselmine circle but by "3 people" are you saying that Dieselmine only have like 3 individual or 3 groups of people? i've been really wondering about Dieselmine inside.
though lot of their game tend to be broken and have bug here and there, their production speed is quite something.

from what i can remember, dieselmine has never been particularly vocal. they like to drop it on people. like 'it comes out in three days!' out of nowhere. iirc thats what happened to milking farm too. they also only make demos when the dlsite page goes online. I wouldn't fear them going awol if thats what you're worried about.

I actually appreciate that mentality. It's good to drum up interest when you can or have a consistent dev log so people know you're making progress, but keeping things on a strictly milestone basis I.E. "Project has been started", "Here's a small taste of what is done", "It's coming out in literally like a week", "It's now out" has it's own benefits especially for indie development.

OH ABSOLUTELY, both twitter and pixiv already one fire since beginning of january
I don't know...

Am I the only one that doesn't feel that way?

When it comes to hentai-manga.
A lot of the doujin artists I follow have went and started making normal manga and haven't really done adult content in a while.

Miyamoto Issa's been afk for a while, and his last work was pretty short.
Nori5rou's entered the regular manga space.
Honda Arima the god artist never gets his work translated, and hasn't joined fakku or anything so his works that he puts so much effort into don't get money. He also tried to enter the regular manga industry to not much success. I wouldn't be surprised if he quit art by now.
Kakuzatou-chi hasn't drawn in a year which is a really long time.
Kakao is doing art for a LN.

Only Tachibana Omina and Agata are doing decent right now for mangaka I care about. Tachibana Omina releases slow though, and Agata... well I have no complaints with Agata. Wish he/she'd do an adult male character again.

When it comes to hentai-anime.
Quality has been on the steady decline for a bit. The amount of h-anime that comes out monthly is like... barely 3 now. It used to be 5 or 6.

Majin and Pink Pineable are the only h-anime creator I have any expectations of anymore. Everyone else kinda sucks. All the good premises and licenses go to Queen Bee to mess up with royally bad animation.

When it comes to hentai-games.
There's been a market improvement across the board in quality, but at the cost of a general homogenization of game concepts.
The successful game formulas have been found and there's not much experimentation. Rhythm game adult game? Racing adult game? Heck I just want unique and fun battle systems in my RPGs again.
The quality works also take a considerable amount of time to release.

This year we'll probably get the finished MGQ, and REBF (which has worse animation-on purpose- than ROBFEOY.) I'll also release Sex Machine of course...
Just like Dieselmine's last game this game will probably come and go in like 2 weeks tops. Not much to discuss on games with no gameplay.

Ah... I forgot. Incubus Quest is probably gonna be the biggest release of the year.

But I mean... compared to 2020... it's not that much. We had Lilith in Nightmare, 2 of Marume Works games, the translation of all the SEQUEL games, the return of JSK, and more.

I'd love to be proven wrong though... What's got everyone so hype for 2021?

On the 62studio front, Carroll in Wonderland just came out, while LustGrimm Again (a far more ambitious game than the original Lust Grimm, with at least double the H-scenes and three guest characters) and the demo of the sequel to Succubus in Wonderland should be released later in the year.

From a different developer, Succubus Academia is scheduled for release at the end of the month.
