Yep, I think they misunderstood my question, unfortunately. I guess I wrote it wrong.
I tried to ask if the "Yokai suit" would be visible in cutscenes, but the answer doesn't make much sense to me.

Are my eyes deceiving me or does it look like her chest is meant to be higher up her body? I dunno if i'm seeing it wrong or not but there's something just off i can't put my finger on

Now that you've pointed it out, I can't unsee it. Yes, her chest looks lower than it should be.
 
I think it looks off because her outer top is loose fitting

Boobs do not all share the same morphology. I know plenty of women whose breasts sag down like that. It's fine. The only odd part is it doesn't match with her naked sprite.
 
Maybe it's a quick edit for proper scaling?

True, actually it probably looks weird mostly because most hentai artists seem to base breasts on fake tits, only a few manage the natural tear drop shape
