People actually still type in URLs these days? You don't have a macro button on your keyboard dedicated to ULMF?
I hate Marvel.
I was reading some old spider man comics and apparently you have to follow up to three or four different magazines to get the complete stories. If you're lucky you might be able to reason what has happened between numbers n and n+1. I'm fine with all magazines following the same continuity, but when you only get parts 2 and 5 from 6 part story, you might as well skip the entire arc unless you're willing to track down the remaining parts...except that means skipping almost all of them. I persisted until Amazing Spider-man #400 something, which is the point where I couldn't follow the story at all.
I hate Marvel.
Idem, DC too, well, comics in general.
The Walking Dead: Looking
Y: The Last Man: Looking
Crossed: Nope
The Darkness: Ooh.
Witchblade: Yup.
Grimm Fairy Tales: Yes. the Tales series too. (1001 Nights, or something)
Spawn: Yes.
Conan: Meh
Red Sonja: Not yet
I find it quite unfair to hold the likes of Image, Top Cow, Zynescope and many others who do good stories without confusing multi issue arcs, up against the likes of Marvel and DC.
It really is getting repetitive to have to remind people that Marvel and DC, while having the most famous characters and are the companies that come to mind immediately when mentioning comics, are not the only ones out there.
Anyone read The Walking Dead, Y: The Last Man, Crossed, The Darkness, Witchblade, Grimm Fairy Tales, Spawn, Conan, Red Sonja... I could go on, but it's annoying to listen to people go on like Spider-man and Batman and such are the only comics out there.
