Anyone can be that retarded... but the reason that we have these underage rules is because it is assumed that underage folk don't have the mental capacity to fully grasp what goes on around them. Hence why pedophelia and loli are so frowned upon.

Also... I had an argument with someone who said that if the U.S. let homosexuals get married, what was to stop them from letting people marry pets or children...

Funny, I've heard so many stories about people claiming pets on tax returns and, well, I'm not going to say anything about marrying children and certain religious sects out west...

Hmmm, I think we should let them take a vacation to Oman. (Or was it Yeman... hmmm). One of those had a recent case of an 8 year old being forced to marry, and I'm pretty sure they don't have gay marriage there.
