At that point the doorbell would ring, the view from the window revealing a fairly unassuming man behind there having a paper package in his hands, and a little pull cart/bike combo a few steps away. The cart had several other packages on it as well, so it was likely very safe to assume this man was a legit courier of some type, and the red rose on the package suggested that this was a delivery from Josephine's. The clothes they had ordered for Rose had come, it seemed.
