Perhaps, but my point was it always had multiplayer. You just either had co-op tag team, or competitive tag team. And I dunno if the latter existed in the first country.

My view of multiplayer is two people at the same time. So no, it hasn't always had multiplayer.

A multiplayer video game is one which more than one person can play in the same game environment at the same time.

Hmm, this thread will do. It made me laugh, and it fits better than the news thread.

Someone I know discovered something amusing recently. The MangaFox website, which has recently greatly increased in popularity ever since OneManga had over half it's content taken down, has a fairly nifty search feature. The advanced search allows you to turn on and off filters for the various genres/categories. Apparently the female user base has been hard at work collecting and uploading.


(The search options don't always show at first when loading the page these links. If you actually feel the need to see the search criteria yourself, clicking refresh seems to fix it.)
Searching without any input returns the sites entire stock. Showing at the bottom of the page...
You must be registered to see the links


Ticking the filter options to search only the Smut category with no other key words or restrictions returns,
You must be registered to see the links


Leaving that 'only smut' filter on, if you then ask it to filter out all Shoujo (Girls manga, or manga aimed at girls) from the existing list it returns,
You must be registered to see the links


Next filtering out any Josei (ladies manga, or manga aimed at a more mature female audience) it cuts the list down to,
You must be registered to see the links


Finally, filtering out both Yaoi and Shounen-Ai (Gay and boy-love) leaves the list with a tiny,
You must be registered to see the links


That 39 nine out of 330 "smut" manga, not targeted at females or containing Yaoi. I think most forum members here accept that females in general are a bit more sexually minded than they like to let on, but the actual scale of the numbers gap there surprised me.

Typed up a big dump of info on a fictitious Halo Elite faction, would that be fine for the Blank page?

I found a portrait on the internet that I loved tonight but it was just a preview with a watermark. I liked it so much that I decided to get in touch with the artist to tell him how much I liked it and to see how I might get the full version. I was totally blown away when he said he would let me have the full version without the watermark for free. Its like 3 times bigger than the preview and so beautiful! I feel kinda special now with my little treasure...and I am so happy I can't describe it! I guess it just shows that sometimes being friendly and asking nicely pays off.

That's ok Nunu, I'm easily forgettable! Yes I am female, and I introduced myself with my real name and everything in the email to the artist so he knew....but hopefully that wasn't the only reason why he gave it to me. x.x

Hehe, I don't think Nunu actually forgot anything there.

The artist was probably just happy to have someone appreciating his art. You've not received any invitations to pose for his next works right? =)

It does of course happen the other way round, but the male tendency for turning heads when a female turns up, and "gift giving behaviour" is a fairly established thing. It's the same with hundreds of animals (sometimes in reverse, but the same concept.), who shower the ones that interest them with various gifts and small favours. It rubs off on us subconsciously in normal situations, and even those where obtaining supposed "potential mate" is not at all the intention, impossible, or little more than an email with a female name.

While perhaps a petty example marred by an unbalanced population, playing a female character in various MMOs can net you easy income and any virtually item you desire. People will go out of their way to help you on the first meeting.

The fortress I've built in Minecraft is nearing completion. Sure, one building isn't quite finished, and I'm going to change around another one, but this can't take me more than one or two days. I already have somewhat of an idea what's up next, too.
