Yeah, I had exactly that just this morning too. I can remember some, but most of it's gone or exceedingly vague. Yet I felt certain I could recall more the first time I woke up.
Mine was about some strange "prophecy" that I had a week to live. Everyone was trying to protect me from something/someone else, whilst secretly trying to kill me themselves. Various family and friends, as well as random make believe people kept saving me from one threat or offering advice, only to turn up latter with other motives. Or they'd try to kill me, and change sides once they'd failed.
The bit I remember best was the end, after a park ranger had saved me from a crazy woman in the woods. Upon her death the crazy woman had secretly given me her pistol, and warned me that the ranger would attack in the morning. All beat up, I was taken to the ranger cabin to rest, Where my sister was also hiding out. She'd been the only one to seem separate from the madness through out the dream. I was lying in the bed around midnight telling her that the ranger planed to kill me in the morning, whilst getting the gun ready for when he would come in, when she told me she knew all of it, but planed to beat him to it. Suddenly leaping forward from the side of the bed, grappling the gun still in my hand and made me pull the trigger at my gut.
