1) Audio un-synchronizing. The sound cut out. It got too loud/soft. The sound falls behind/runs ahead of the video.

I think I can definitely agree on the "bad audio" bit. Played enough games, watched enough movies that when you actually realize that the soundtrack for the moans is on the same fricking loop or not syched properly that you are hitting that mute button because it stops being sexy and starts getting annoying.
