Regarding PC specs. Somehow my PC can run For Honor at mid-high graphic settings at 60+fps, yet I've experienced fps drops with this from just maximising this title's window. Zell23's latest title, Shiro No Yakata(?), interestingly enough happens to work fine, although you could argue that he doesn't throw around particles like this game does. In any case, this game's required specs are way too high for a 2D title (compared to Succubus Affection which does not have fps issues), so for people with worse PCs it's absolutely not about the gameplay because of the below average framerate and slowdown issues they're experiencing.
Coming to the H version vs the Non-H version... as has been established, the dev's been working on both versions simultaneously, and let me say that's absolutely fine. Making the non-H version is fine because of how steam is, which they're planning on releasing it to. I don't know why steam claims to be porn-friendly yet keep deleting titles, but it's a good call. Making the non-H version first is also fine because the dev can work out "fixing the game flow" for the H version... but really, I don't think it's necessary at all, people are gonna buy the H version for... well, the H.
As for the H version's... handling. What they're considering doing is just shrugging their shoulders and tossing it aside completely. Now... I personally could care less for how long it takes to be released after the non-H version because that's not the issue here. The issue is that they are or at least were planning on cutting that version completely.
That wasn't part of the deal when I supported them, and I am voicing my opinion on it.
Lastly... as for coming to the devs about this, I don't see the point. I'm not interested in having a chat with devs that are content to split their fanbase over a decision on a whim. I don't care where their passions lie and if they are good or bad people. They're considering not delivering what I supported for, and that has crushed any faith that I and most likely others I had in them.
